  Dear Enterprise Car Sales Management, I am writing to formally complain about the manner in which my 72-year-old aunt has been treated by Enterprise Car Sales in Conshohocken regarding the vehicle she purchased from your dealership. My aunt purchased this vehicle believing she was purchasing a reliable, inspected, and certified vehicle from a reputable company. Unfortunately, that has not been her experience. During the first year of ownership, my aunt experienced multiple mechanical and/or operational problems with the vehicle. She repeatedly brought the vehicle back to Enterprise and has gone back and forth with the dealership attempting to get these problems properly diagnosed and repaired. Despite these repeated visits, the problems have continued, and she has been unable to receive a satisfactory resolution. Even more concerning, my aunt has been forced to pay money out of her own pocket for repairs and expenses associated with a vehicle that she purchased from Enterprise only approximately one year ago. This is unacceptable. Enterprise advertises its vehicles as inspected and certified and states that Enterprise Car Sales vehicles are backed by a limited powertrain warranty. Your company promotes this as part of the confidence customers should have when purchasing an Enterprise vehicle. My aunt relied upon those representations when she made this purchase. Instead of receiving the dependable vehicle she believed she was purchasing, she has been left with repeated problems, repair expenses, frustration, and uncertainty about whether the vehicle can be safely and reliably operated. I also spoke with Jasmine, the Experience Manager, in an attempt to resolve this matter. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed by her unwillingness to provide meaningful assistance or work toward a reasonable solution for my aunt. My aunt is 72 years old. She should not have to repeatedly beg a dealership for assistance after purchasing a vehicle that continues to have serious problems. She should not have to continue putting her limited personal funds into a vehicle that Enterprise sold to her and represented as inspected and certified. I am particularly concerned that Enterprise is refusing to stand behind the vehicle and the representations made at the time of sale. DEMAND FOR IMMEDIATE REVIEW I am requesting that Enterprise Corporate Management conduct a complete investigation into this matter, including: also Jasmine the experience manager was completely useless. She did not try to get this situation rectified or help my aunt.

  I had Markee Morin who was very nice and super funny, which made the experience so much better. The process was smooth, he made sure to go through everything and that we had a good understanding. I was so nervous when I came in as it was my first time buying a car, and he made it such a good experience. 100% recommend him, so glad I chose to go to enterprise.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best option for my situation. They ran multiple scenarios with different banks and financing options to make sure I received the best deal possible. It was clear that they cared more about finding the right solution for me than simply making a sale. I work three jobs, so my schedule is extremely hectic, and texting is by far the easiest way for me to communicate. They were always responsive, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made communication effortless.
