  After going through absolute hell trying to find a Toyota Hybrid Platinum Max in the exact color I wanted, I finally found the right dealership — Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken, PA (Conicelli Toyota) I’m from New Jersey, and almost every dealership I dealt with in Jersey was charging at or ABOVE MSRP/TSRP, plus adding ridiculous fees — $900+ documentation fees and other unnecessary add-ons. On top of that, most dealers were lowballing my trade by $3,000–$4,000. Then I found Conicelli Toyota in Pennsylvania, and the experience was completely different. They gave me one of the BEST deals I could find: • Around $1,800 BELOW TSRP • Vehicle already came with all-weather floor liners, cargo mat, and door edge guards, they promised to ship mud flaps for free of charge. • Gave me about $4,000 MORE for my trade than NJ dealerships were offering Most importantly, they treated me with respect. No pressure sales tactics, no pushing unnecessary extras or warranties, and everything was straightforward and transparent from start to finish. Huge thanks to Saymon Ahmed (sales manager) Tommy Boehmke ( sales consultant), and Michael Shulski ( fin manager) for making the process smooth and stress-free. Truly one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. If anyone in NJ/PA is shopping for a Toyota and tired of games, markups, and lowball offers, I highly recommend checking them out.

  I had a great experience looking for and buying a used car from Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken. After I saw the used car I was interested in (a 2021 Honda Pilot), I filled out the contact me page on a Friday night, and the next morning (Saturday) at 9am someone called me about it. I told them that I was interested in the car and wanted to look at it and take it for a test drive. They stated that they would get everything ready for me to see the car. Fast forward to 10:30am and I was at the Conicelli Toyota's Used car location and Mike Renshaw offered to show me the car. It turns out that they had just received that car Thursday or Friday and didn't have time clean up the interior a lot. After looking over the car, it was time to take it for a ride. Me, my Wife, and Mike went for a spin. Mike was very funny and had my wife and I laughing the whole ride. He made us very comfortable and didn't apply any sales pressure during the test drive. He let the car do all the sales. ;) At any rate, after the test drive I bought the car (paid in full). I picked it up on Monday night after it was fully detailed. I would buy from them again, as the experience was a joy.

  If you’ve been frustrated dealing with dealerships that claim “everyone gets approved,” save yourself the headache and go straight to Conicelli. They truly go above and beyond to make financing happen. My credit isn’t perfect, so I was honestly stressed about the entire car-buying process, but after speaking with Dave, I immediately felt at ease. This was by far the smoothest and easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever had. So many dealerships advertise guaranteed financing, but once you get there, they suddenly want thousands down just to make a deal work. Conicelli was different — they actually delivered on what they promised. If you’re tired of wasting time getting the runaround, head to Conicelli and ask for Dave. He’s honest, professional, and genuinely works hard to help people. I drove away in my vehicle feeling relieved and appreciated. After this experience, I honestly can’t imagine buying a car anywhere else.

  Last week we had the pleasure of working with Jacob Dank trading in our 2021 Honda Pilot for a 2026 Grand Highlander. I cannot say enough about how great our experience was! Jacob showed us every button and bell and whistle in the new vehicle and was so knowledgeable on the new tech functionality that we may have otherwise not taken full advantage of had we not been shown it all up front! He truly made the daunting car buying experience easy for us and we drove away completely satisfied with the deal he was able to arrange for us and in my DREAM CAR! We mentioned early in the sale that our kids were excited to be picked up from school in the new car and the entire team was incredibly considerate of our time and ensured we were out of the dealership and at pickup with time to spare. This is the second vehicle we purchased at Conicelli through Jacob and he will always be our go-to moving forward. Such a pleasure to work with!

  Absolute joke of an experience. I called them on a Monday morning about a used car on their website. The receptionist checked with a salesman and confirmed the car was on the lot and asked if I wanted to setup a test drive. I setup for later in the day. Drove over an hour, walked in to the used car office and gave them my info. Receptionist could not find my appointment. After showing them my confirmation e-mail and standing around for 20 mins they found me in the system. Then proceeded to tell me the car was down at their service center, we could drive down and take a look at it. Drove down the road, car was inside the garage and everyone left for the day. Back at the office employees just stood around, some arguing with each other. Then they said the car needed parts. Would not have even driven there but they said the car was ready to go. Stood around for another 15mins. then walked out. The most unprofessional clown show I've witnessed in a while. Had 18k cash ready to hand over but clearly these people don't care about new customers. Then get a call today, the car is coming to the lot, if you get here in an hour you can buy it, but other people are coming to see it. Really, don't waste your time with these con artists. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague
