  I had an outstanding experience working with Ricardo Fresses when purchasing my 2026 Toyota Corolla SE. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed.   Conicelli is a superb group of people: listeners who truly care about the people who visit. With my 18-year old granddaughter we came to find her 1st car - they could not have been kinder or more professional. Mike Renshaw was & will be again my "go-to-guy". We found an exceptionally well/maintained Lexus at a fair price. She was delighted & proud of her "showpiece!" When we arrived to take it home what a sweet "fuss" was made by staff taking pictures of her car decked with a huge bow. The joy on her face was more than enough to satisfy my heart! Kindness & generosity from every staff member from reception to finance is the best I've encountered in my life. In short, I respect and deeply appreciate the human touch they add to what so often is just a "financial transaction" which they transformed into a sincere, warm & real opportunity to help a young woman achieve her dream. I'll visit again knowing this. My sincere thanks to these kind folks!

  Being in the market for a new car can be a daunting and overwhelming task. After trying multiple Toyota dealers across the greater Philadelphia area, we arrived back at Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken and met with Rob P. Rob prioritizes his clients needs and happiness above his personal gain of putting customers in vehicles that aren't perfect for them. He is knowledgeable with the various vehicles characteristics, patient with those seeking to learn, personable in manner, not pushy in sales, and overall a pleasure to work with. He was fair throughout the whole car buying process, transparent, allowed us our space when we needed to discuss matters, and went to bat for us when asked to. After deciding on the exact car, we were told it was no longer available (it was going to be traded from another dealer that had sold it simultaneously - not Rob's fault), and that discouraged us but not Rob. Within 10 minutes, he was able to excite us once again with a new option that met all our needs and even exceeded our wants. I would wait in line to work with Rob P., and when we are in the market again, we will start by asking for him directly. Thank you Rob for providing us with a very positive car buying experience.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this dealership, particularly regarding the lack of communication. I have never dealt with sales staff who appeared so unavailable that I, as the customer, spent most of my time trying to reach them rather than receiving updates from them. I have been very patient throughout this process and have gone nearly an entire week without any meaningful update regarding my credit approval. Considering that I have provided personal information and conducted this transaction across state lines, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and responsiveness. At this point, my confidence in the process has been significantly diminished. I sincerely hope that this matter can be resolved appropriately, and that I will not have to escalate my concerns by filing complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies or exploring other legal remedies. Customers deserve timely communication and basic courtesy, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

  A no nonsense car buying experience. Reached out to them regarding a pretty specific spec Sienna I was looking for and they had one on allocation. Unlike a lot of other places that force you to come in and proceed to beat you down with negotiations for hours, Blendi and John were able to give me pricing over the phone and offered me the discount I was going to ask for before I even had a chance to ask them. I was able to put a deposit down over the phone and the van came a week earlier than expected. Blendi stayed in contact with me the entire time, answering all of my questions and keeping me up to date on the status of the van. Even when doing the final paperwork, Blendi told the finance manager that I knew my way around a car and do my own maintenance and he did offer a service plan but didn't push it and in general didn't try to pressure me into any other service contracts or protection plans. This is what car buying should be, thank you all for making this quick and easy.
