  Had a wonderful experience with Kacey (saleswoman) and Scott (sales manager). I went in with very clear expectations, which were met and even exceeded. The process to turn in my lease for a new lease was smooth, easy, well-explained and quick. Thank you Kacey and Scott!

  This was another dealer we had competing while looking for a Rogue. Same story they just didn’t have the car on the lot that I ended up leasing. My wife was running this wheel and deal and had the pleasure of getting Nikeem(Nik)! Now, you want to talk impressive…he answered his phone while he was off and at home!! First thing I said…did he steal my woman🤷🏾! But then I remembered she unfortunately never leaves me! Nik started working while at home and that is what you call customer service! Conicelli…you need to find this guy his own office and have him show others how it’s done because he sure did do it!! Very impressed and I think you will be too!!! Thanks, Nik!

  Thomas Hawkins was my service advisor. He was the best! He communicated everything clearly and checked on the progress of my vehicle throughout the visit keeping me informed of the process and timeframe. I will always schedule my service appointments with Conicelli’s service dept and Thomas Hawkins!! Ps.. you should too!! And the service director; Jesse, is always available and very knowledgeable. They are a great team at Conicelli Nissan’s service department!

  We had a wonderful experience at Nissan of Conicelli this weekend purchasing our new Nissan Rogue Rock Creek. After a lot of research and debate, we finally made our decision, and the entire team made the process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. John, the manager, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Gideon was amazing he took the time to thoroughly explain all of the vehicle's features, helped us get set up with the app, and made sure everything was ready before we drove off the lot. Tom was also fantastic. He somehow managed to make all of the paperwork entertaining and stress-free. Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. We never felt pressured and always felt like our questions were answered. We are loving our new Rogue Rock Creek and are grateful for such a positive car buying experience. Thank you to the entire team at Nissan of Conicelli! 🚙🎉
