  Victor and the service department was very helpful professional and answered every question that I Needed answers about and sent me in the right direction. If anybody has problems with their vehicles in the service department, I would suggest asking for Victor he’s very knowledgeable, kind, and considerate.

  Got my rouge, Marshall Hassan was a great help. Brought the vehicle in after a couple weeks to get some things straight. Everything was done, and even a few things that I had no idea was going on. They took care of it and went the extra mile. Thank you everyone at Nissan for great customer service and caring.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience with the sales team, specifically Armen, who went above and beyond throughout the entire car-leasing process! From the moment I started working with him, he was incredibly helpful, professional, patient, and genuinely made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision to lease. Armen made the entire process so smooth, easy, and stress-free. He was always available to answer my questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made such a huge difference in what can normally be a very overwhelming experience. The whole team was welcoming, friendly, and professional, but Armen truly stood out. He made sure everything was prepared and that the leasing process went as smoothly as possible from beginning to end. Even with all the paperwork and details involved with leasing, he made everything feel simple and manageable. I’m extremely happy with my new car and even more grateful for how great the leasing experience was. If you’re looking for a dealership and a salesperson you can trust, I highly recommend asking for Armen!   Do not get your car serviced here. I have had 5 instances where worked they claimed to do wasn’t done including a $3400 oil leak fix that kept getting delayed requiring me to extend a rental for almost an extra week. They created other issues with my car windshield washer sprayer to make me come back in. When my car was taken to my trusted mechanic, they said they have people come to them from here all the time with similar experiences. Also, do not buy a car from here. I get settlement checks each week because they got caught by the consumer protection bureau in a scam involving a bi-monthly payment scheme.
