  Do not get your car serviced here. I have had 5 instances where worked they claimed to do wasn’t done including a $3400 oil leak fix that kept getting delayed requiring me to extend a rental for almost an extra week. They created other issues with my car windshield washer sprayer to make me come back in. When my car was taken to my trusted mechanic, they said they have people come to them from here all the time with similar experiences. Also, do not buy a car from here. I get settlement checks each week because they got caught by the consumer protection bureau in a scam involving a bi-monthly payment scheme.

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Conicelli Nissan in Conshohocken! We went in looking for our daughter’s first car, and like any parents with a teenage driver, we had plenty of questions and wanted to make sure we were making the right decision. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed, comfortable and incredibly well taken care of. From the front desk to Kacey, our sales representative, to John Z., the General Manager, and even ownership, every single person went out of their way to make sure we found the right car for our daughter. Any parent knows how unnerving it can be when your child starts driving. Knowing she was leaving in something safe, comfortable and right for her meant everything to us, and the entire team made sure we felt confident and happy with our decision. We could not have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about the people walking through the door, I highly recommend Conicelli Nissan in Conshohocken!

  Kimberly and I got to work with these 3 amazing service advisors. Steve was attentive and made sure I got to the right person to provide payment for the claim Kimberly worked through with Victor. She had many nice things to say about him. When Victor was unreachable because I accidently caught him on his lunch time, George showed amazing teamwork and helped Victor by taking my payment. George was kind, professional and very quick to get this claim paid and finished.

  This past weekend, I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2026 Nissan Pathfinder SL Platinum from Conicelli Nissan, thanks to Armen and Justine! They were both amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made the entire car-buying experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their exceptional customer service and would highly recommend Armen and Justine to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

  Conicelli Nissan is the best! I knew I was going to have an excellent experience the moment I walked through the door. I was first greeted with a warm hello from Ms. Nancy, who immediately made me feel welcome. She even had a candy dish full of Dove chocolates at her desk, which is always a plus! That warm greeting set the tone for the exceptional customer service I was about to receive. Soon after, I met Leon, who introduced me to Armen. Armen explained that he was training Leon while also helping me find the perfect vehicle. From the moment we started talking, I knew I wasn't leaving without a car. Armen took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, the features I was looking for, and the budget I wanted to stay within. His knowledge of Nissan vehicles is second to none, and there was never any pressure—just honest guidance, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help me find the right vehicle. And-Armen's outgoing personality is something all car dealerships should "bottle up" and pass around. :) One of the things that impressed me most was watching Armen mentor Leon throughout the entire process. He remained in "teaching mode" every step of the way, making sure Leon understood the process while never taking his focus away from me. It was refreshing to watch someone who not only excels at what they do but is also passionate about helping someone else succeed. I jokingly (but not really!) asked if I could see a vehicle that still had the plastic on it, and Armen made it happen! He showed me a brand-new 2026 Nissan Rogue that had just arrived on the lot. That willingness to go above and beyond made the experience even more exciting. Leon took me on the test drive, and he was fantastic. He patiently explained the vehicle's technology, safety features, and equipment without ever making me feel rushed. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making the drive enjoyable and informative. Afterward, he presented my offer to the sales manager, and when he returned, the numbers matched exactly what I had asked for. There were no games, no unnecessary back-and-forth negotiations, and no surprises—just honesty and transparency. Throughout the entire process, Armen continued checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. He answered every question thoroughly, made turning in my leased vehicle incredibly easy by handling all the details, and even offered me some of the dealership's catered lunch while I was waiting. Those thoughtful gestures made me feel like more than just a customer. Leon also deserves tremendous recognition. Although he is still learning, his professionalism, positive attitude, patience, and eagerness to learn were evident from beginning to end. He made the test drive enjoyable, answered my questions confidently, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the experience. It is clear that he is learning from one of the very best. Watching Armen mentor him made it easy to see why Leon is already developing into such an outstanding salesperson. If this experience is any indication, he has an incredibly bright future ahead of him. Just when I thought the customer service couldn't get any better, Ms. Nancy walked over to where I was sitting and brought me some candy. It was such a simple yet thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the welcoming, family-like atmosphere throughout the dealership. It's the little things like that that leave the biggest impression. Without question, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. From Ms. Nancy's warm welcome, to Leon's professionalism, to Armen's incredible knowledge, honesty, mentorship, and dedication, (this list can go on forever about Armen), every person I encountered made me feel valued and appreciated. GREAT JOB and five stars is NOT enough. :)
