I'd like to first start this review by saying I was sick to my stomach to go car shopping.
My old Ford Focus had finally died and I was terrified to go to a car dealership to figure out what I wanted. I didn't want to feel pressured, I didn't want to get decision fatigue or feel like the sales person was trying to get me in and out the door.
This wasn't the case with Joe Fina. He was so patient, so kind, and was full of reassurance and calm explanations. He helped make a day I was dreading into a day I'm thankful for. Conicelli has a lot of great benefits compared to a lot of dealerships in the area, I did a lot of research on what kind of cars would work for me, (unfortunately all cars are being made much bigger than what I'm used to!) and he helped narrow down to something I'd feel comfortable leaving with.
The thing that meant the most to me, was while we were going over paperwork and I started to get overwhelmed, he'd reassure me that we could stop at any time and he'd try to find something else I'd be interested in; which truly meant a lot.
A huge special thank you for those at Conicelli Honda, the atmosphere in there was great, it really felt like everyone wants the best for you, and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you guys SO much.

Another great experience working with Jason J and Conicelli! This is my second vehicle purchase with him, and once again he made the process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to finish. He is knowledgeable, patient, honest, and REAL. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I find the right car. It’s hard to find someone you trust in this business, which is why I came back for a second purchase and never want to leave Conicelli. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a hassle-free car buying experience! Also shout out Mr. Joe in Service. And Becky in Finance, all great people who care about their customers. :)
Buying a car was not something I planned to do this year. After my vehicle was in an accident and deemed a total loss, I unexpectedly found myself in the market and shopping all over at different dealerships throughout the great Philly region. Initially, I was leaning toward a certified pre-owned vehicle, and one of the reasons I stopped by Conicelli was because they had a large selection of reasonably priced certified used cars.
I was assigned Justine as my salesperson — throughout the process she was patient, kind, and not pushy. When I first came in, she showed me several options and gave me space to test drive and compare vehicles at multiple Conicelli brands while I figured out what I really wanted. I didn’t make a decision after my first visit because honestly, I was feeling a little overwhelmed and still trying to process a stressful situation. Then, just when I thought I had narrowed things down, I was involved in another accident in my rental car about two weeks later, which completely threw me mentally and delayed my search even more. During that time, Justine would check in without making me feel pressured.
Although I’m still dealing with the fallout of the 2nd accident, depending on others and Uber/Lyft was starting to get to me. most of the cars from my original list had already sold, so I basically started over with a new list of options. I decided to come back to Conicelli this past weekend, and Justine spent nearly 7 hours with me that day helping me narrow things down. I honestly think I made her miss two other appointments because of how long I took, but she remained patient and professional the entire time. I eventually put a deposit down and returned last night pick up my vehicle.
Unfortunately, Justine had an emergency and couldn’t be there for delivery, but she still texted throughout the day trying to make sure everything went smoothly and that I had the information I needed. She left me in the care of her colleague Dennis (in the photo), who was also very kind and made sure I was comfortable and happy before driving off the lot. I also want to acknowledge Ms. Stacey at the front desk, who was welcoming and pleasant when we came in. Before I left, the manager Brad also came over to thank me for my business, which I appreciated. Dealing with these recent accidents has been very stressful, and I was becoming overwhelmed with car shopping at the same time. However, I’m glad I was able to work with the Conicelli team to finally make a purchase.
I’m seeing mixed reviews on the service side, but I had a 5-star experience with sales and I’m hoping the same level of customer service continues throughout the life of my vehicle whenever I have to work with the service department as well.
Almost everyone has had a stressful pushy and frustrating car buying experience. If you haven't, I could assume you have always been a Conicelli customer. Their customer service during our purchase was unparalleled; straight forward, and efficient.
My husband and I had been shopping for a car for a few months. Having been jaded by the sum of our collective shopping experience, we walked into Conicelli without expectations. We were set up with our sales person, Justine, who quickly let us see some cars and test drive. What struck me about Justine was how personable, honest, and knowledgeable she was immediately. We didn't end up purchasing that day, but at no time did she make us feel pressured. We met the manager Tyler, was was also kind, showed us additional options, and worked with our budget.
Once we made our decision, Justine made the process easy. By the end of it I felt like I was working with a friend, rather than a sales person. I mean that! Cade in the sales office was impressively efficient. I think the whole process took less then an hour. It probably could have been quicker if my husband and I weren't so chatty. However, that's what made the experience so wonderful. Thank you!

We just got ac diagnostics test and they said couldn't find a reason why our ac cant blowing cool, and ask us to pay more $190/hr (needs 2 hrs more so $190x2hrs: $380) + $190 in the beginning (they said min pay for ac diagnosis but didnt explain there is a minimum fee when i called to make an appointment, so total : $570 and cant guarantee give us the reason. Meanwhile need to pay more and more if still cant find the issue. My husband told me to stop because how come customers want to continue pay more and more if the dealership cant guarantee give us an answer?? Its not professional at all and not honest. Why i said this? Because i went to another place and it takes only 3 hrs to get it done, the problem is very simple its only because our wire cable that need to be repair. And its only cost us $500 box to get it done perfectly. Meanwhile in this place i need to pay $570 only to know the reason (which is still cant guarantee) plus pay more for the stuff to be fix and repair. I do not recommend this dealership
