I recently purchased a new Honda HR-V from Conicelli Honda, and I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for David Rivera he made what is usually a stressful process completely seamless, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. From the moment I walked into the dealership, David Rivera was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions about the HR-V, walked me through the features, and made sure I was completely comfortable with every step of the process. I never felt rushed or pressured, which was a huge breath of fresh air. What really stood out to me was the level of dedication from both David and Warren Lewis. They stayed late past closing time to make sure everything was finalized, ensuring every detail was taken care of before I drove off the lot. Warren was extremely helpful throughout the process, making the finance and paperwork side smooth, straight to the point, and hassle-free. On top of the unmatched customer service, they worked hard to give me a truly great deal on my new HR-V. It is rare to find a dealership team that genuinely goes above and beyond like this. Thanks to David Rivera and Warren Lewis, I drove away thrilled with my new Honda HR-V and completely confident in the purchase. I highly recommend Conicelli Honda to anyone looking for top-tier service and incredible deals!

I have a leased vehicle from this dealership. The first couple of service visits went well After that , it has been horrendous. Service personnel have been rude and did not tell the truth about their service. I brought my car before 9:00 am as requested no one was available at 9:00 am. The parking lot was still dark a so I felt unsafe waiting for them to open I was also told I could not bring in the vehicle the night before, but that a shuttle would be a available in the morning on opening. Waiting after 9:am as I write this and they're still not open as yet.I had not made arrangements fir travel back s9 was left waiting in the parking lot until open

I typically don't write reviews for anything, but my family had a great experience at Conicelli when I leased my second vehicle from them. I previously had bought two cars and leased a vehicle 3 years ago. The experience 3 years ago wasn't great, so I didn't have high expectations when I went to review my options. I met with David Cobb (Dave), and he was great from the start. Dave was cordial and no nonsense, and he was able to get us the deal we wanted very quickly. We ended up leasing a 2026 CRV and then buying a used Nissan for our son. Dave ended up walking back and forth from Honda to Nissan multiple times through the course of the day since we needed to do separate transactions for the two vehicles. He ended up spending nearly the entire day with us due to time it takes to test drive and process and detail two vehicles. If you're thinking of going to Conicelli, go talk to Dave. I've already recommended him to several people and will continue to do so. I plan to go see Dave in 3 years when this lease is up.

Bought 2 cars here and 1 lease over many many years. I no longer recommend. They are only “nice” when you buy a car, after that the service is passive aggressive, condescending, and shameful it’s been slowly adding up to this review. Today I went in for a state inspection, a recall (5th one on the 2020 Honda ridgeline), seat warranty (they kept telling me that only Monday’s but then scheduled me for a Wednesday bc no one has the same information) , I know I told them oil change but then they said no it’s not on here (they also did not find a nail in my tire until I told them what about the nail in one of my tires) My service person was Bill or William F. I was on the phone with him when he called his co worker an Fu** Ret** and a Fu** idi**. This was uncomfortable for me, he’s a hostile disgruntled man. I was scared for my safety the entire time I was waiting for my truck. The worst was that I have a warranty from Conicelli on my tires and 1 tire was eligible for this and Bill did not even bat an eye to provide that. I had to escalate his behavior to the service manager Joe Saxon. Joe said he would talk to Bill, but after he did all my paperwork he called me back and said “you have to understand that he and Dan talk to each other like that because it’s a joke and they know each other” so that’s why this place is toxic and people can be made to feel uncomfortable because to them it’s a pass and not a big deal or just a joke. Bill did not even explain my bill like the advisors are supposed to do so I had to go ask Anthony who is a gem and Rob as the cashier for help because Bill continued his passive aggressive uncomfortable behavior towards me. I came back from the shuttle they have at 2:30pm and no one updated me on my truck status I had even sent text messages and I was ignored - this is after I had brought these issues up to Joe Saxon. I was the last person in the waiting area after 4pm. I had to ask for my truck - and the person at the counter said ok Bill will close it now- my truck was ready and I was made to sit in the waiting area as retaliation. I missed an important event that I had paid for that evening because of this. It goes to show that service is not a top priority and me as the client am at their mercy. Service like this costs money, energy, time and trust. I would like Joe Saxons boss and corporate to call me about this issue as soon as possible.

My husband and I already knew what we were going to buy - our fourth Honda CRV. We have them for ten years and the mileage is always around 200,000 so it was time to get a new one. We decided we wanted a hybrid. When we walked into the showroom, they said that Corey would be with us shortly and he was. Corey was very nice, answered all of our questions and was NOT pushy which is what we liked. We did not buy a car that day, but I sent him a text a few days later to ask if the color red was in stock. We initially thought we would get the blue, but then when we finally saw the blue, it was way too dark - almost a black. He said yes, there was a red one in stock, so I said we would be over later. We went and bought it that afternoon. Corey helped us set up a few things in the car - power seats etc. That night we had a few more questions, so drove back to Conicelli and Corey helped us again.. answered every question. I would recommend Conicelli... I appreciate not being pushed into buying!!! I also appreciate them not being frustrated with our questions, or trying to rush us out... :).
