  I had a great experience buying my pre-owned 2025 Toyota RAV4 from Conicelli Autoplex! I live in New York City and found the car online. The price was excellent, and I really appreciated that they included a clean Carfax report with the listing. It gave me confidence before making the drive to Pennsylvania. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful from the very beginning. They even called while I was driving to make sure I was getting there safely and let me know they would wait for me and my young daughter. When we arrived, Michael Zawislak had the RAV4 ready for a test drive. He answered all of my questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. My daughter also felt comfortable while we were there, which I really appreciated. Since I was buying from out of state, there was some extra paperwork involved. Richard Vetter was fantastic. He explained everything clearly and stayed in touch even after I drove the car home, keeping me updated on my registration, license plates, and the check for my trade-in until everything was taken care of. This was my first time buying a car on my own, so I was a little nervous, but everyone at Conicelli made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you to Michael, Richard, and the rest of the team for such a smooth and positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership, including anyone coming from out of state.

  I had a great car-buying experience from start to finish! The entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. They answered all of my questions, made the process smooth and straightforward, and worked hard to make sure I found the right vehicle for my family.   Mike, Brian, and Rich, as well as all the folks we spoke to at the other Conicelli brands, went above and beyond to help us find the right car for our needs (and were very patient with our pickiness), and they made the purchase painless and efficient once we'd picked it. We really appreciated all their help and would definitely buy here again. Update: As the car we bought is used, we had it checked out by our regular shop shortly after purchase, in prep for taking it on a long trip. They said it's in really great condition, and only ended up doing a couple minor tweaks (air filter, tire rotation). It really makes me feel like we bought from the right people. Thanks again, guys!

  Sells aftermarket parts as genuine bought a Honda key from them online claiming to be genuine Honda part and it came in a little ziplock bag doesn’t say Honda or no part number on the bag if u buy anything genuine Honda it always has part number and says Honda on the packaging trust me I’ve had multiple Hondas and ordered tons of parts never seen Honda package anything like this. The key feels super cheap compared to my real Honda key and doesn’t sit in the key fob correctly I’ll post pics of the supposedly genuine key from this stealership vs an actual Genuine Honda key from a real dealership that’s not tryna pull a fast one on you stay away from this place if there tryna get over on people something as small as a key what else are they willing to do to also this place claims they sell oem part online but obviously this is false

  Conicelli Honda of Conshohocken did a great job in providing me with a new vehicle. This, is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from this dealer. Maachi, Dade and Tyler were awesome. To speak plainly (not intending to offend anyone), it was nice to see young guys (in what seemed their 20s and 30s) being so professional and completely interested in the work they were doing. They were very informative, respectful and they listened very well to any concerns I had. Maachi has a lot of hustle in him.. I appreciate his efforts. My experience with Conicelli is as follows: In March 2019, I received financing for a certified pre-owned 2016 Accord LX with about 10,500 miles on it, with a very nice gentleman named Giovanni. Getting the vehicle serviced at Conicelli over the past 7 years has been a great experience. Their waiting area is clean, peaceful and full of professionalism. The service reps and mechanics are in uniform; there is no profane language or unprofessional topics discussed amongst the workers in front of customers. They are relatively quiet. The waiting area is peaceful. The service reps aren’t pushy with selling you unnecessary mechanical work. They have recommendations and sometimes they have no recommendations. What really impresses me is that what seems like the entire staff at Conicelli, is in sync with one another. Over the years, in the waiting area, I’ve noticed how professional they are with all of their customers. There is no individual “What can I gain for myself” demeanor with the staff at Conicelli. They seem to focus and care about professionalism. This experience solidified my decision on returning to Conicelli for a second vehicle. I now have two vehicles from Conicelli. My 2026 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport L is an amazing vehicle. It’s extremely fuel-efficient, modern, comfortable and good-looking. The other day, I’d thought to myself, ‘I literally feel like I’m in my recliner but driving down the road’… ‘Very seamlessly. Initially, I had concerns about the low-profile tires, but the ride is very smooth. I’ve concluded that even with low-profile tires, these newer vehicles are engineered to absorb bumps in the road and still give a smooth ride. I’m very satisfied. I did purchase the Extended Warranty and Tire and Wheel Protection. Our roads in Pennsylvania aren’t the best. Our vehicles can at times, take a beating. With everything else that I’m managing in my day, I can relax knowing that I have a full 8-year/ 100,000 miles warranty on virtually every major component of the vehicle. I can rest assured knowing that should I experience any road hazards giving me a flat, damaged rim or chipped windshield, I’m not paying anything out of pocket for the next 5 years. It’s all been taken care of, up front. In all, it’s nice to have a reliable place, like Conicelli.
