  I just went through the process of purchasing my Honda CRV through the used car department, since my lease was up. Everyone was so helpful with this process, and walked me through the paperwork seamlessly. We had some hiccups at first with securing a loan, but everyone was super supportive, professional, and found a way to help me get the financing I needed. Special thanks to Chance, Richard, and Amanda for getting me as close as possible to the monthly payment I requested and the financing from Honda! I will always be a Honda owner and Conicelli has excellent customer service! THANKS AGAIN!

  This review is about the team that handles titles. I purchased my vehicle in cash in May and called on August 28th to figure out why I had not received the title yet. I was told that the title was incorrectly assigned to American Honda, a loan servicer. I was told that it would take about 2-3 weeks for the title to be released and then another week for me to receive it in the mail. I called back on September 30th and was told that the title was never released, but that they would call American Honda and call me back in a few minutes with an update. I never received a call back and tried calling back October 1st after work around 6 PM and was told that the team that handles titles works from 9-5. I called at 4:30 PM on October 5th and was told that the person had already gone home. I called again today, October 7th, and I was then told that the title had not yet been released and that they don’t have a timeline. I honestly don’t understand what the issue is between following up with both American Honda and me, but it seems like Conicelli is not taking the proper steps to fix their own mistake in a timely fashion. I expected better accountability and I don’t intend on purchasing anything from them again.

  Chance Carlin and Rich Vetter at Conicelli Honda were incredibly professional and helpful throughout my buying process. Over the course of a month, Chance stayed in contact with me to keep me updated on inventory so that I could pull the trigger when the perfect car became available. I would recommend Conicelli Honda to anyone looking for great service.

  I just bought a Honda CRV from Nee'Asia an I was very pleased with the whole process. From the time she greeted as I entered the building, she was very friendly and accommodating. She listens and provides knowledgeable answers. I never felt pressured. When it was time to pick up the car, she helped me set the phone etc to my liking. The whole experience was a 10 out of 10.

  We had a great experience at Conicelli Honda. Following an online inquiry we were promptly contacted to schedule an appointment. Chance reached out to let us know he would be the sales associate assisting us. He met us when we arrived and was very personable and knowledgeable answering all our questions and easing our apprehension of purchasing a pre-owned car for the first time. Could not have asked for a better experience. Rich also was great explaining everything to us as we walked through signing all the paperwork. Great experience and could not believe how quickly we were in and out of the dealership.
