Even from the beginning when we purchased the camper (we bought a Forest River Puma 403LFT), to their expertise in removing old camper and parking new camper (which was a challenging site), and now to an issue we had with the awning! They responded immediately and it took them only a 1/2 hour to fix! (of course we thought the worst). I tell everyone about Brooks RV! They are the best! I am glad I shopped around and found them!
