  Best dealership I've ever worked with. I bought my Volkswagen ID.4 elsewhere but I would never dream of taking it anywhere else to get serviced. the waiting area if you're going to stay is absolutely fantastic well-stocked even has a computer that you can use if you need to do some business. the shuttle service uses a same model vehicle I have. Great payment options and very professional staff. turnaround time is actually one of the best things about them they are super fast to get services done and they turn bass faster than any other shop. when I was younger I was a service manager and I still know a lot of people in the automotive industry and I can say their service department is incredibly impressive. if you're in the market for an electric vehicle ignore the Tesla's and check out the Volkswagen offerings you won't be disappointed the service package and the way that you're taking care of it's incredible and you'll also save a lot of money on public charging over the tesla network. unfortunately for me I'm moving to Wyoming but the next time I'm in the area I might come by to pick up another! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

  Took my Volkswagen in for service mainly because of repeated low tire pressure warnings. The service was completed as requested, and the paperwork noted no issues found other than the tread measuring 4/32 and recommending replacement. When I measured the tires myself with a tread depth gauge, all four measured between 5/32 and 6/32. Within minutes of leaving the dealership the low-pressure notification came back on. I had to stop and add air just to make it home. To make things worse, I later received a follow-up text asking how my service went and encouraging me to complete the survey I’d receive within 24–48 hours so I could share any concerns. I replied with exactly what happened. I never heard a word back. Of course not, the service advisor had already changed the email on my paperwork so I wouldn’t get the official Volkswagen survey in the first place. I’m extremely disappointed with this service department. If you’re considering them for work, especially anything related to tires or TPMS, proceed with caution.
