If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and truly exceptional salesperson, I highly recommend Mike Sinclair at North Penn Volkswagen.

Although we did not purchase our first 2025 VW Atlas from North Penn, they treated our issue as though it were their responsibility. The team worked hard to diagnose the problem and even brought in a specialist to identify the cause. In the end, Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (VWGOA) determined that the matter did not qualify for a settlement offer and advised us to contact BBB Auto Line for further assistance.
We shared the letter with Service Manager Ken Benton and Assistant Manager James Bangor, and they asked us to return that week so they could help resolve the issue. When we came back, they introduced us to salesman Antonio Miller, who did his research and made the process easy. Antonio was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He listened to our needs and checked every box on our list. Ken, James, and Antonio are the reason we are now driving a new 2026 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport with every feature we wanted. Antonio remains just a phone call away whenever we have questions or concerns.

Jesse, my service guy, heard my concern, got my car in right and in the same morning, he was able to reassure me that “everything checked out” and I had nothing to worry about. It was quick, easy and once again affirmed my understanding that dealing with the VW service department is the only way to go. Since 2017 I’ve been extremely pleased.
