  Recently purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-5 from Keith at North Penn Mazda. Keith's prompt and patient communication, clarity, and professionalism throughout the process was excellent. He made us feel welcome upon arrival to the dealership and we were impressed by his willingness to spend additional time after the sale to sit down with us to explain the various features of the vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The transaction with both Keith and Stephan was smooth, courteous, and attentive. Our experience at North Penn Mazda was exceptional!

  I really don't like the process of buying a car, but my experience at North Penn Mazda might force me to change my opinion. Throughout, both Keith and Dan treated me with respect, heard my priorities, and provided excellent customer service. The work performed to bring a used car into a most appealing car was excellent. Finding this dealer and its approach to business was the best, and I now have a car that meets my needs and has already earned my great satisfaction. Congratulations on a job well done.

  We bought a pre-owned cx5 from Vince, it was great experience, their inventory is clean and such a nice no pressure atmosphere. After being at a half dozen other dealers I was definitely impressed with North Penn!
