  Assistant Manager Joseph is very racist. At approximately the time of my scheduled pickup, while I was already driving to the location, I received a call from the assistant manager informing me that the vehicle I had reserved might not be available. I was asked whether I would be willing to look at the vehicles they currently had available. I agreed and proceeded to the location. When I arrived, I was shown the available inventory and ultimately accepted a different vehicle. However, while I was still at the location, I observed the same assistant manager who had called me and told me that my requested vehicle might not be available provide that vehicle to another customer, a white gentleman who was standing nearby. I asked the employee who was assisting me whether the vehicle I had originally wanted was actually available. She indicated that apparently it was and expressed that she was also confused as to why I had been told otherwise. She attempted to speak with the assistant manager about the situation, but the assistant manager repeatedly ignored her. This experience left me feeling extremely disrespected and unfairly treated. I was respectful and cooperative throughout the entire interaction, including agreeing to consider a different vehicle after being told that my requested vehicle might not be available. Based on the circumstances—particularly being told the vehicle was unavailable or potentially unavailable, only to then see the same manager provide it to a white customer while I was present—I believe I was treated differently because of my ethnic background and experienced racial discrimination. I am requesting that this incident be formally investigated, including reviewing the reservation records, vehicle assignment records, and any available surveillance footage from the location during the time of my pickup. I would also like an explanation as to why the vehicle was represented to me as potentially unavailable but was subsequently provided to another customer. The assistant managers name is Joseph.

  Racist guy named Joe apparently supposed to be the assistant manager only loves to serve the white community. Which isn’t wrong but don’t discriminate cuz everyone spends the same money for the. Ads so give people what’s available not ur favorites only. Real racist guy

  What a messed up bunch... they have not a clue what I ordered vs what I got!! They absolutely provided 2 wrong vehicles high top van vs regular height... then nothing but excuses... then I was told the manager would call me to resolve. .. nope I called him and he didn't call back... the follow up call that did happen was again nothing but excuses i asked to resend the total paid as someone else is paying... never received... on hold for 20 mins and no answer... they need competent employees... I've been to other Enterprises... nothing like this!!

  Real racist customer service by the assistant manager Joe. Told 2 brown customers they have no luxury cars and changed there reservations to shitty cars and went ahead and gave the white folks the exact car they requested as a walk in. I should recommend all folks to stay away from this location. If you don’t want to be discriminated against. Again the guys name was Joe curly haired guy.

  Easy to book through Costco.com! Enjoyed my discounted rate. Received the truck I needed for the job. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very difficult to reach a physical person via phone -phone rang and rang for about 10 minutes before someone answered. However, once I rented the car, I received a text message and it was quick and efficient to communicate via text.
