Pat, the Assistant Manager at Enterprise in Coatesville, was absolutely fantastic. I recently had an accident and needed a rental car, and Pat went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during a stressful situation. He was extremely professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely concerned about making sure everything went smoothly. His level of customer service was exceptional, and I really appreciated the personal attention he gave me throughout the process. Pat is a tremendous asset to Enterprise and a great example of what outstanding customer service should look like. I can’t thank him enough for making a difficult situation so much easier. Highly recommended!

Disabled people- BEWARE!!!! This 5 Star rating is only for my most recent experience on 9/16/2026. I’ve been renting from this location for years; probably rented atleast 10 times. I’m also permanently disabled. Prior to this rental, I attempted to remt a car, and they (once a female, and the other a male rep) wouldn’t allow me to, because my ‘pay’ stub was from Social Security. I called corporate, and they reassured me that people w/ disabilities can still rent from them, and that my ‘pay’ stub from SSD was sufficient! Be aware, if you’re disabled, you may encounter one of the two ignorant, unprofessional, disgusting humans I did. Hopefully, they’re no longer employed. Disabled humans have ALL of the rights an able bodied human does!!!!
