  NO customer service! Booked rental at Chester Springs location through "call center". The day before rental, called to confirm pick up etc. Told we don't pick up over 5 miles. Said reservationist doesn't know where we are or where you are. Told call Thorndale they'll pick up in Honey Brook. After 5 hours trying to reach someone. Confirmed driver would pick up at 9:00 am. 10:00 still no pick up. After multiple phone calls, told driver on the way. Instead of taking us (Mom and I) to office location, dropped off at old body shop in Gap where "trainee" proceeded to deliver a dirty Nissan Rogue. Very little instruction how to drive this monster. Ordered a small SUV. Told no other cars available- all at the World Cup and 15 other reservations canceled today. Not a pleasant experience from the start. Spoke with 2 customer service reps at corporate office and told "manager" will call me back. Over a week, no call back. Obviously they don't need customers!!!

  If I could give it 0 I would. I have the money but no credit card and they won’t let you rent because I have an out of state license. Stay away from this place and this company.

  Pat at Enterprise was great to work with. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure we got the right car each time we needed help. The whole process was smooth and easy thanks to him. Really appreciate his great customer service — highly recommend!
