  Had an oil change and brakes completed. Aaron was very nice and kept me updated the entire time. I would highly recommend going to the Coal Township Mavis for work thay needs to be completed on your car.

  Do not pay them in cash! The second I mentioned my form of payment, the eyes of the cashier lit up & I knew it was the wrong thing to ask before work is done. Was never asked for my address like all the other customers. My address was put as 1111… no road or city just township. After everything the second cashier I talked to asked if I wanted a copy of my invoice? Who doesn’t want a copy of the cost breakdown and vehicle history? The mileage they put was off by 5000. They charged me more for oil due to war prices and said they applied my discount. How does that work if prices of oil went down this month and my prior monthly oil changes never changed price? Shady business. Cant imagine how many people that pay in cash get screwed without invoices. Now they want me to drive back and only offer the $15 refund for my overcharge and a fixed invoice. Theirs a reason they don’t have a price list.

  I actually recieved services from this Mavis location on 4-30-26. My bestfriend was getting married on June 5th, 2026 and I needed to drive to Philly. Driving that far without a working air conditioner is indisputably evil. Anyways, Aaron, the gentleman who greets customers behind the desk, explained everything and answered all my questions with precision, respect, and professionalism. He also maintains this behavior with other customers as well! When my car was given back to me, Aaron said "everything is working great and you'll absolutely notice it!" I was skeptical but when it came time to go to Philly, see everyone, and drive back, I didn't drop a sweat while driving! I'm super grateful to this entire crew and I obviously recommend. :)
