  Went for a simple oil change,Drove my car in and had to have it towed out, I told the guy working on the car when he came over with the battery tester ( don't touch the battery it's brand new) but he didn't listen and he pulled a wire off the battery when he was messing with it and then the car would not start, and none of the people they have working there were smart enough to find the problem, the manager would not let me get out of the car to take a look why it won't start (I am a retired ASE certified auto technician) worked for FORD half my life, and when the rollback showed up to load the car my wife and I got out of the car so It could be loaded the manager started screaming at us ( I told you to stay in that car ) like I'm supposed to sit in the car when it's getting loaded on the rollback. Cost me 150.00 for a tow to a real garage and was not charged to put the wire connector back in because the teck felt sorry for me. Half the day wasted trying to get a rapid oil change because of the incompetent workers they hire at Valvoline. These people they get to work there are not qualified to put air in a bicycle tire let alone work on a vehicle. AVOID THIS PLACE or you will be towing your car out of there also. Very unprofessional.

  First time I’ve been to Valvoline the staff was kind, informed me of all my options, polite in addressing my concerns and best of all I never left the comfort of my vehicle. It is well worth my cars service hands down. Thank you.
