- AKApril KrehelOct 2, 20265.0The gentleman were so friendly. I’m not used to seeing happy friendly mechanics when I get my oil changed. And I was there for less than 10 minutes
- JCJohn CraigOct 1, 20264.0Pricy, quick.. good for what I needed. Brought my own oil. Suggests 6.5 approx. Quarts. They took 7 out of the case. What do you do with the 1/2 quart left over?
- JVJanet VeltriSep 25, 20261.0I thought the service was fine until the next day when I was driving down the road and the shield came loose underneath the car. I had to drive home at 2 mph and then find someone to help me zip tie the shield up so I could drive back to Valvoline to have them fix it. They seemed neither surprised nor concerned that they hadn’t secured the shield and I had to wait behind 5 cars for them to do the fix. I’ve been coming here for years but I can’t trust these guys anymore.
- RMRick MartinSep 24, 20265.0Efficient and respectful
- SKStacey KromkoSep 21, 20261.0Nothing was done since there was surface rust on my oil pan the guy refused to change my oil. Went to jiffy lube instead
