  Damaged my car by stripping the oil cap. Told me they would fix it when I returned. I returned today 15 June 2026 and got told they would not fix it and accused of trying to pass off another locations work as theirs. When I asked to speak to the manager the individual just yelled up at me from under the car. Would not recommend coming to this facility.

  After a 30 minute wait for an oil change I was told that they do not carry my vehicle's oil filter. The technician that I interacted with was very kind and apologetic, but it was a tremendous waste of time nonetheless.

  Honesty in today's age? Wow. I don't drive much so it ends up being a lot longer than 3 months between oil changes, and my car uses full synthetic so it can go like 7.5k-10k miles between changes. I wasn't quite at the mileage to get a change but it had been like a year so I took my car in. The service tech said the oil looked perfect and didn't need to be changed yet. Saved me a hundred bucks. Anywhere else would have just done it and charged you even if you didn't need it. They are a little more expensive than other places, but have coupons a lot of the time, and you are paying for the convenience. But also I'm willing to pay more if I trust the place is going to do honest work.
