  They got me in quick. They friendly and professional. They had toys there for my 4 year old to play with. Fair price. I will absolutely go back here. Conversing with rhe guy in the office was more like talking with a buddy than conducting a business transaction. Good vibes all around. I will go back for sure

  I spoke to the Manager the Day before My Appt., He quoted Me a worst case Senario Price to Replace a Rear Wheel Bearing, I was Bring the Part, and Original ACDelco Wheel Hub/Bearing Assembly, I showed up for the Appt. the Next Day, and the Guy who the Manager the Day Before told Me that was gonna be My Mechanic, claimed that He was the New Manager and it was His 1st Day as the New Manager, He tells Me that He doesn't sew an Appt., I told Him that the Manager that I talked to made the Appt. the Day before, then, He this New Manager tells Me that may not be able to get to My Car and do it, that He has 4 other Jobs ahead of Mine, I said, I have an Appt. for NOW, then He said that it may cost way More than I was quoted, and then said that His Bearing Press has been down, I told Him that it was a Bolt on Wheel Hub Assembly and it doesn't require a Bearing Press to do the Job, and that I was going to do the Job Myself, but I decided not to and Called You Guys to check the cost and Scheduled ab Appt.! So, anyway, He says, well We will take a look at it and also do Our Courtesy Check before We can do the Job, and they did! He put the Vehicle up on the Rack and a Few Minutes later comes into the Office and says, I have to show You something and proceeds to show Me what looks like someone had Just Squirted Fresh brand New Motor Oil up under the top of Front Shocks, and it was just starting to run down from up inside the top of the front shock down, so it was not there until just a few minutes or less before showing it to Me, then He proceeds to say that I need New Shocks and I should get them all the way around, and I should have the Job done right away!!! Also, that I should have all of My Wheel Bearings done, not just the one, but also that My Wheel Bearing that was bad was good enough that I could still drive it for a while yet if I wanted to come back another Day to have all of the Shocks and Wheel Bearings done then!!! I had just inspected everything on My Car around all 4 wheel wells Myself the Day before bringing it to Monro to determine if I was going to do Replace the Bad Wheel Bearing Myself or have it done by a Mechanic somewhere else, and I saw nothing wrong with the Shocks or anything else!!! Also while I was there before all if this took place, a Young College Student had came in to ask about getting an Oil Change on His Car which was His first car and the first time He was getting and Oil Change done, and this New Manager told Him it was going to Cost around $105 for a Synthetic Blend and another $40 if He wanted Full Synthetic, Wow, the Poor Kid was in shock, but He didn't know any better and said that He needed to get it done! Then another customer came in to have wheel bearing out of a knuckle that He brought because the Manager from the Previous Day told Him to bring it in that Monor could do it, and this New Manager said that the Bearing Press has been Down and needed a part, so that poor kid was pissed because He only took the Vehicle apart because Monro said that they could do what He needed done, now they tell Him that they can't do it, so He was gonna be stuck without a Vehicle ! I had enough a told Him that I was leaving and would think about it!!! Of course there was no way thay I was going back to Monro after seeing and hearing all of this, so I left! I took My Car to My Normal Mechanic and had Him install both Rear Wheel Hub/Bearing Assemblies for 1/2 the Price that Monro was going to charge Me for Labor to replace just One Wheel Hub/Bearing Assembly, then checked out My Shocks and sai that there is nothing wrong with them at all and that they must have Squirted Motor Oil up under the one front shock, because it was not leaking, I was pissed !!! I'm not a Moron when it comes to Auto Mechanic Knowlege, and I used to always Work on My Own Vehicles when I Younger and lived in SE PA, I even inspired My little Brother to go to School for Auto Mechanics and He did and Opened His Own Shop which I used to help Him in! I can't see Myself ever going back to a Monro, I've had other Issues with them also!

  Justin,Dustin Hunter Jordan This was an experience of a lifetime. They were the greatest and the best in a very long time in a mechanical shop i have been to in the US. No BS and knew what they were doing. I felt at home was treated with respect and they took care of my truck as though it were their's. I can not say enough good about these guys. They earned my trust and I will forever be grateful for their kindness. Thank you to you all. I wish the world had move of guys like you. Honesty is a quality that has no price tag. I feel like I am missing someone but they know who they are. You are the reason that I have all my guys going to Monroe. Thank you again for everything you all carry a special place in my heart for all that you have done for me.

  Went there on a Tuesday to make an appointment they told me come back Saturday 9 o’clock and I did and they did not have an appointment for me. They said they couldn’t get me in till Sunday so I came back Sunday now I live 40 minutes away so anyway, I came back on Sunday and they’re giving me a runaround again. I didn’t have an appointment it’s gonna be most of the day and I had to wait around for it. Well, the only thing that I got done was $184 wheel rotation tire rotation so yeah these people are not good at what they do don’t go there it’s terrible

  While on a cross country girls trip, our rental desperately needed an oil change. I called Monro when they opened and was told they could get me in a hour later. I go to the appointment 10 minutes early only to be turned away. The person at the counter referred to me by name when I walked through the door then told me they were going to take someone else for my appointment time. He told me it takes over a hour to change the oil and I could come back later. Thankfully Flynns was able to get me in and out in 30 minutes!
