  Nothing about this experience disappointed! Patrick was incredibly welcoming and explained to me each step of his inspection process and how he leans on his knowledge to work with corporate on getting the best deal available. My car ended up valuing $300 short of the online offer due to some minor but still was by far the best offer I’d received from other similar services (Carvana, Carmax, KBB, etc.) Patrick was also incredibly friendly to my toddler who was getting antsy in the waiting area. He let him run around and hang out in the office with us while we finished the deal. Can’t recommend enough!

  I had a very disappointing experience with We Buy Any Car. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I explained that I wanted to make an appointment to have my car looked at and get an offer, he told me, “If you’re only making an appointment to get a price from us, I won’t help you,” and then hung up on me. On top of that, the price he quoted over the phone was an extremely low offer without even seeing the car in person. I don’t understand how they expect customers to commit to selling their vehicle before it’s been inspected by them. The whole point of an appointment should be for them to evaluate the car, discuss a fair price based on its actual condition, and then let the customer decide whether they want to sell it. Instead, I was told that if I made an appointment, I would have to sell them the car. That makes no sense because there’s no way they can give an accurate price without actually seeing and inspecting the vehicle first. Instead, I was treated disrespectfully and made to feel like my time didn’t matter. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

  the manager Patrick was great. He took all time to answer all of my questions I had. At the end of it all he gave me a fair value for my car. I would recommend Patrick andbuyanycar to anyone

  I recently called We Buy Any Car to get a quote for my vehicle, and I was pretty disappointed with the offer I received. The process over the phone was quick and straightforward, but the valuation they gave me was extremely low — basically around $100 for my car, which felt nowhere close to its actual value. After that, I decided to check other options and used Peddle.com instead. They came back with a much better offer of $1,095 for the same vehicle, which was a huge difference. Overall, while the call was easy and the service was simple to use, the offer itself was not competitive in my experience. It really pays to shop around before settling on a price for your car.
