EXCELLENT SERVICE! We were visiting PA for a theater show and on our way back home we got a nail on our tire! We tried looking for a place and Meinike was closed, but Mavis was open on a Sunday! They quickly helped us and also didn’t charge ANYTHING because of the emergency! Free emergency fix on the weekend. Workers were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

I drove in to town from upstate NY for business meetings. I’d been pulled over in NY for a brake light out. All bays in the store were in use. I explained the situation and the woman at the counter went into the garage and spoke with a mechanic. He came out to the parking lot and fixed the light in the parking lot. It was a quick fix. I thanked him and came back inside to pay. She sent me on my way without charging me. I’m very grateful for the kindness they showed me as I had a long drive back that afternoon. Thank you team!

A great experience from the moment I called about needing to have my tire looked at after having my spare put on my car in the morning and hoping it could be repeated and I didn’t need new tire. They told me exactly when was a good time to cone in and I didn’t and was seem almost immediately and then it was super quick and I was very happy where they were able to fix and not replace my tire! Everyone was great and best experience today thanks!

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the team at Mavis. From the second I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. What could have been a stressful and frustrating situation ended up being such a positive experience because of the people working there.
A special thank you to Dimitri, who took care of my tire. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and made the whole experience so easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping and takes pride in what he does.
The entire team was great. Genuinely a hardworking group of people who care about their customers and the experience they have.
Customer service like this really sticks with you. I walked out not only relieved that my tire was taken care of, but genuinely grateful for how I was treated.
