The team here is great! They are flexible, have VERY reasonable and low prices. Have done emissions and inspection with them as well as a quick repair that they were super quick and courteous about! Unlike other shops, they're not always trying to upsell or give you something you don't need - they truly have your best interest in mind.

Fast, thorough service. Friendly staff. Good price. Quick turnaround. (As an aside, I watched Andrew, their service rep, deal perfectly with a difficult customer. He did so in a way not to disturb other customers waiting for their cars. The guy was ready for an argument and even tried to enlist the rest of us in the debate. Andrew took the emotion out of the situation, and calmly resolved the issue. Almost Zen-like. Well done!)

While traveling through Chester Springs we noticed a screw in one of our rear tires. Knowing it was a Saturday, and a very busy day for Mavis, we stopped to see if the could help us. They took care of us, were very courteous, and sent us on our way. The service was excellent considering how busy they were. We thank them for the prompt attention.
