- LSLexis ShontzJun 30, 20262.0Dylan and his manager, Rob, repeatedly misrepresented that vehicles were available for pickup when they were not. They appear to shuffle vehicles between locations to create the impression of inventory they do not actually have. The vehicles that were on site were unacceptable. Several could not be rented because they were over 5,000 miles past due for oil changes. Others smelled heavily of cigarettes or cigars, and one vehicle they offered had pet hair throughout the interior. These locations appear to be owned by the same group, and the condition and maintenance standards were consistently poor across both. I was pressed for time and gave Enterprise Rent-A-Car a chance. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

When I arrived, only 2 pickup trucks were available. Gas mileage was DREADFUL! Pickup only got 23 mpg, while the sedan would have gotten 30-33 mpg at the least. Much more fuel needed which resulted in higher fuel cost. No compensation was offered, and no apology was given. If I use Enterprise again, it will NOT be the Chester Springs, PA location. Have had 2 bad experiences there. Why reserve a car if you can’t get the car you reserve? I find it completely unprofessional to force a pickup truck on me or be left with nothing. I also find it disappointing and unprofessional that no apology or compensation was offered. Poor customer service. In addition, they text you at the start of your rental to give you a direct line of communication if there are problems during your rental. That text line is never monitored. You are left hanging. Even when mentioned at the end of a rental, no explanation is given for not responding. I have 3 more rental opportunities in the next 6 weeks, and I’m researching other options
