  Lacks a decent budget selection the former named location. This dealer has failed to reconnect with customers to finalize a deal and isn't very motivated to customers service and sales satisfaction at all. The sales staff will stop communicating and fail to make the deal losing themselves money and you a vehicle. Elsewhere must have better sales and service you can depend on and is reliable.

  I bought a used GMC Acadia from this place, first off I paid 500.00 for a ceramic coat for the paint, never was put on, when I went to pick up vehicle the paint was same rough feeling as before. I mentioned this and was told the ceramic sticker is on window. Lol. What's that prove? Supposed to have been detailed and it wasn't, filthy inside, dashboard and gauges were full of dirt, engine was never cleaned at all. So when I pick it up the gas tank is on E, so I had to wait for that to get done. Then I get in car and instantly says rear detection module is malfunctioning. So they take it in shop then tell me that they can't fix it because they don't have right code reader, so they told me to take it to GM dealer, which then I took it to C. Harper and they said they could fix it along with the missing foglight in front. Waited for this car to get fixed for 6 weeks, Car just sat on their lot all this time. they finally fixed it but they didn't fix the fog light. I guess Gerry Raymond didn't want to pay for the fog light even though they passed it through State Inspection without foglight. Totally disappointed in this deal, Never again. Ridiculous is a great word to place here.
