  Gerry Raymond Ford is hands-down one of the best dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve bought multiple vehicles from GRA over the years, and every single experience has been excellent. From the sales team to the F&I process to the service department, they consistently treat you like a real person instead of just another deal. No high-pressure nonsense, no games, just straightforward, professional people who actually know what they’re doing and follow through. What stands out most is how smooth the whole process is. Whether it was a new truck or trading one in, they made everything easy and transparent. The staff remembers you, follows up the right way, and stands behind what they sell. That kind of consistency is rare. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually delivers on the experience instead of just talking about it, Gerry Raymond Ford is the real deal. Highly recommend.

The dealership has a comfortable, no-pressure atmosphere, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into doing things the right way. It’s also nice dealing with a locally owned business where the owner takes pride in the store and the community. If you’re looking for a Ford in the Charleroi area, I’d definitely recommend giving Gerry Raymond Ford a shot.

  Bought used 2019 ford cargo van with 57000 miles left 1 hour later called them told them had a drive shaft issue ,and they said atleast I had warranty. but now warranty claims department has denied my claim I paid Xtra 998.00 ,its a bogus warranty .do not buy anything used from this ford dealership. Now I have to pay another 2500 hundred dollars to fix this issue.

  DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS DEALERSHIP. Really should be zero stars . I had a very frustrating experience with Gerry Raymond Ford. I completed the paperwork and electronically signed the documents to purchase a vehicle that was already at the dealership. I was then told that the dealership was unable to sell vehicles at that time because they were going through an audit. After waiting and trying to get answers, I ultimately decided I no longer wanted to move forward with the purchase. I appreciate that the transaction was ultimately canceled, but the entire experience was stressful and confusing. I would have preferred clearer communication and transparency from the beginning about what was happening and why the dealership could not complete the sale.

  Be careful with your used purchase the ,$998.00 protection package you pay for isn't what you think.i bought used transit van drove it away 1 hour after being on interstate notice high pitch noise coming from rear ,turned out to be drive shaft .warranty says commercial vans not covered. So my van sits in a parking lot right now at another ford dealership. Huh 26 grand later.no not very happy. What warranty did I buy.cant say anything bad about sales.but I would find someone else to carry a warranty with. Maybe ill get to drive it before my 60 day tags expire.
