  When Tommy’s first opened it was great. However, it has gone downhill ever since. The car wash is typical of a touch wash, it’ll swirl your paint over time. The vacuums are always clogged or under powered, the mat washing doesn’t do a great job, and the wipes and detail kit is $5 now. Not to mention they increased their prices by a decent amount this last year. Shiny shell is the same price but offers free microfiber towel usage, cleaning spray, hanging scents, and a members lounge with drinks as part of the membership.

  I brought in a 2023 Jeep Gladiator outfitted with aftermarket gear and hopes they could accommodate. The on-duty manager inspected my setup and stated he was "pretty sure" they could accommodate me and stated the obligatory "it may tear something off so just be aware". I was beyond pleasantly surprised that no damage occurred and my rig came out remarkably clean considering the amount of mud and grime I had due to a recent offroading trip. Thank you to the staff for taking the time to address the issue.

  I went to this car wash for the first time today. I just purchased a car two weeks. The car washed did not get the bugs in the dirt off the front of the car, off of my mirrors, and I noticed a few new markings. One is on the back passenger door. It’s a dark black mark, and the other is on the top of the roof to scratch marks very long scratch marks. I called the office and the guy there was very rude. He told me I can tell you this right now. This is not from our machines. I’m very devastated because now I have to go to an auto body shop. roof to scratch marks very long scratch marks.   Drove all the way here just to use the vacuums, but everything was shut down because the car wash itself was closed. It’s incredibly frustrating that the vacuums aren't kept running independently from the main wash tunnel, especially since they're supposed to be a free amenity. If you need to clean your car, don't risk coming anywhere near closing time.

  Frustrated! Overall I like the services provided, but it seems that every time I want to vacuum my car out the suction never works! I've been paying the monthly membership for years, and with the rates just recently going up, you would think everything would be working properly. I understand things go bad and need replaced, but if the vacuum isn't working put a cone there, so people don't have to pull out and go to another. I did this at 3 today, and none worked very well at all. Now I'm having to go home and vacuum it out myself with my own vacuum! This is very inconvenient and unacceptable...
