I wanted to give a shoutout to Maddy. The other week I was driving through and she noticed my military tags and came out and talked to me. She was super nice and friendly and then told me about a military discount. She applied that to my membership. It was nice that an employee would do this in this day and age. Now when I go through she recognizes me and always gives me a wave. It's nice to feel appreciated, and she always does that.

After my vehicle went through the wash, I immediately noticed a scratch on the front right side of my car. I brought it to the attention of the staff and asked to speak with the manager. The manager, Madison, was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. When I told her I wanted to file a complaint, she responded by saying, “It’s going to get turned down anyway, so don’t bother.” I still insisted on filing a complaint. She then said she would have to look at it the following day but also told me she would not be calling me with any updates. I understand that businesses have claims processes, but customers deserve to be treated with respect. Regardless of the outcome of a claim, telling a customer not to bother filing one and refusing to provide updates is unacceptable customer service. I left feeling dismissed and frustrated. Based on how my concerns were handled, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning.
