  Bought in my month old 2026 vehicle to have a nail removed from a tire. The "mechanic" put a deep scratch on the rim cap and never said anything about. I noticed it after driving home only a few miles away. I knew it was not there when I bought it in since I found the leak prior to having it repaired. If he would have at least owned up to it, it may not have been a big deal.

  Jake and Corey were extremely helpful and diligent on fixing our tire. We were traveling out of state and they had the exact tire we needed and fixed it in a reasonable time so we can get to our destination.

  Had my a tires replaced on my 2500 ram just to mount the tires got charged 416.00 dollars. Which is not a problem when the job is done right. Had an appointment at 1:30 got out of there at 5:30! Not even a week and I have to pay another shop to change the stem valves on the tire because they halve ass the job!!! Gave them the chance to fix them and their attitude was less the poor! Will not be going back ever!

  Traveling through the Chambersburgh area I stopped for a quick shop at department store no longer in my town. When I returned to my vehicle , I noticed a warning that my tire was very low. Thankfully , I was able to fill up the tire not too far away. I went to the walmart to purchase a fix of flat just in case. When I return to the vehicle , the tire was barely holding air. There were three garages along the way , and every single one was closed. It was in the later afternoon on a Saturday. Thankfully , google maps directed me toward the only open place in the area. Mr. Tire. I called the establishment to let them know I was on my way if they could squeeze me in. Being that they close within a half hour of my arrival time. I spoke with Jacob and he said stop in they were in until six. Upon arrival we were greeted with authentic kindness and quickly jumped into help me get back on the road. Jacob & Andrew helped me in my emergency. Thank guys appreciate you
