- AHanh huuMay 11, 20261.0I will never come here again. I visited to replace a tire on my Hyundai Elantra—specifically, the rear passenger-side tire. My request was for an inexpensive replacement. The receptionist, a woman, initially quoted me just over $40 for the tire. I agreed, and they proceeded to remove my tire. I was then left waiting for over 40 minutes, despite having an appointment with a client scheduled for 12:00 PM. When I mentioned that I needed to leave before noon, they suddenly informed me that they did not actually have that inexpensive tire in stock at that moment. They stated that the cheapest option available was $199 per tire, plus labor costs. Since my tire had already been removed, I had no other choice. What is truly appalling is that they failed to provide me with an accurate quote upfront; they only began the actual work after I had inquired about the delay and signed the bill. It was a truly terrible experience.
