I brought my vehicle in to have a new battery installed, which I purchased at another retailer. Upon going to install it, Shawn Noticed that it was the wrong battery. The store manager, Matt was kind enough to sell me the correct battery to make sure my car was drivable for work, the next day. They have an awesome customer service team and a really good tech team! They took great care of my car too. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend mavis in Chambersburg. Thanks guys!

Went to get a tire looked at and they severely overinflated it after removing a nail. I had to let out air to bring it back to the correct psi. They said that was normal when I asked why. I'm not talking 3-5 psi, I'm saying that tire was over 10 psi above normal.
Since the place is in a convenient location, I unfortunately went back for an inspection and they said I had to replace my rear shocks and rear wiper in order to pass.
The rear wiper is not part of the windshield wiper system, therefore a broken rear wiper will not fail a car in PA.
On top of this, the wiper they installed was the wrong size, so it got stuck when I tested it, they said "that's the smallest size" (I obviously had the correct size when I walked in)
Makes me wonder if I even needed the rear shocks replaced...
Anyway, can't trust this place anymore. Not a single word they say is trustworthy to me. Maybe if you're a man you'll be alright.
I don't want them to "make it right". Too late for that and not worth my time... I let them know how I felt in person and now just want to let

If I could give zero stars I would had appointment then they rescheduled for days later go in and 2 hour wait after appointment time then why have appointments price sounded good but why do appts if u have to wait after all the walk ins well I didn't even get service done there don't recommend unless u want strung along and have all time in world to wait.

My son called me cause he had a hole in his tire and he needed to be at work in like an hour. I called around three different places and no one could get me in so I end up calling Mavis Matt to store manager. He didn’t see any open appointments and I told him that you know I kinda kind of was in a rush, cause my son had to get to work and he got us in right away. Service was good and fast and I would recommend it to anyone.

Low pressure light came on halfway into our 6 hour drive in Chambersburg, PA. Saw the nail in my tire and fortunately, there was a Mavis right there. I had never been but the sign said tires and brakes so we stopped. They were pretty busy but Matt, the manager, was incredibly kind and got us in right away, looking at the car himself. The tire couldn’t be patched so he talked me through the replacement options. Less than an hour and we were back on the road. Could not have been happier with our experience it would could have otherwise been a travel nightmare. Very grateful!
