We’ve rented from the Enterprise Chambersburg location multiple times now, and every experience has been great. Joe is excellent to work with. We had a minor issue with our most recent rental, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of quickly and professionally. We’re also planning to rent a 12-passenger van later this year for a family trip. Joe had one on site and took the time to show me the interior and luggage space so we knew exactly what to expect ahead of time. Excellent customer service all around. We’ll definitely continue using the Enterprise Chambersburg location.

From beginning to end, the process was simple and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. The car was clean and great to drive. They even picked it up at the end. Excellent experience 👏

They are always my go to for a car rental! They take the worry out of figuring out how to get from the body shop to the Enterprise store! It's a great advantage that they will pick you up and take you back to the store.
