  Emily was great to work with and she was very professional and polite, she was transparent about everything and got my car ready for me in a short period of time. If I could give her 10 stars I would. My car was reliable and very fuel efficient. Overall my experience renting there exceeded my expectations. When I need to rent a car again I will most certainly be going back there.

  Needed to get a rental while my car was in the auto body shop, and Enterprise made the process very easy. A driver picked me up at the auto body shop and drove me to the rental facility where I picked up my rental. On the return, I was able to leave my rental at the shop where they picked it up later. Very convenient. Employee I worked with was very personable.

  Read your contract!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do your self a favor and avoid this business at all cost. I have a contract with them for $38 a day for an SUV and they charged me $56 a day (I want they insurance) their demanding I pay TODAY or they will press charges for theft. I currently still have the car and they have my credit card on file but they want me to drop everything I’m doing to resign another contract because my insurance ended a week ago. I’ve never had to do this before and I’ve been renting from enterprise for years. This is my second time at this location and my second shady experiences. The first time the guy tried to charge told me the rate was $30 a day and when I went to sign the contract he was charging me $60 and for extra insurance but he scrolled to the end of the contract and I questioned to total amount he said of sorry and fixed it. The manager was so rude and was treating me like a criminal over a rental contract, I live 5 min down the road. She dodged every question I asked and accused me of lieing as if I didn’t have an active contact to prove what I said.
