  ⭐ ZERO STARS — if I could give zero, I absolutely would. This is by far the worst Enterprise location I have ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional, terrible communication, and absolutely no accountability. I had a confirmed booking, and they simply canceled it, leaving me without a car. Their explanation? “The person who booked the car for you is new.” Seriously? How is an employee being new the customer’s problem? A confirmed reservation should mean something. Customers make plans and depend on these bookings. You cannot just cancel someone’s reservation and then blame it on a new employee. Extremely disappointing experience. Poor management, poor communication, and zero customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  This team is EXCELLENT is every way. I travel weekly for work and have become friends with all the enterprise team members. This location truly works hard are prides themselves on outstanding service. Never had a bad experience!!

  Needed the car for an hour and was charged for the day. No bill/statement at the end of the rental.

  No tiene Sincronizaron..Fui a 2 Lugares diferentes x la renta de un Carro ya cuando según tenia la Reservación del Carro k iba a rentar y Noo tenia nada nomas ne hicieron manejar a 40 minutos para Noo decirme k No tenían nada muy mala Compañía 😡😡😡😡
