- FFfia1921Aug 10, 20261.0Employee tried to replace my air filter without asking. I am able to see under the hood when they are charging my oil. I noticed the employee remove my filter then open a new one and when I noticed he was going to put in the new filter I told him I didn’t not want it replaced. He didn’t ask, he just just going to replace it. The service is good, but ask if the customer wants something, don’t just assume. He didn’t even show me the condition of my filter

- TDTrish DixonJul 29, 20261.0I went in on Tuesday for an inspection was told by Cass there was someone getting brakes and the guy in front of me was coming back for an inspection can I come later or the next day. Showed up the next day as told. Around 11ish. Inspection bay was empty with a worker just standing around in there. Young lady finally comes out and states there is a black car parked waiting for brakes. And another reddish car waiting for inspection. She went talked to Cass and came back stating she doesn't even know if they would be doing anymore inspections today. It's very inconvenient to arrive two days in a row especially when it's a pain in the rear getting into your lot with the road work they are doing. I thought it was first come first served? If they don't have their insurance together or manager isn't there cause he was getting brakes for the other car. why wasn't I told to pull in? Very disappointing.
