  I have used Safelite 4 times over the last 10-12 years. The service has been great. I'm keeping it a 5 stars since even though there was a 'computer glitch' last week on my last recent appointment. We had a confirmed appointment, however there was no associate 'attached' to the reservation. Which means, nobody contacted me with updates on the time of the reservation. Nobody showed up on the scheduled day!. AND, I had a very difficult time trying to talk to a real person to figure out what was actually happening. After I actually talked to somebody, it was easily resolved, I had another reservation for the following day, and everything went very smoothly!! Computers aren't always perfect and I'm giving Safelite the benefit of the doubt. When they replaced windshields over they years, I NEVER had a problem after the fact. You guys need to make it easier to talk to an actual person! But in the end, I'm a happy camper.

  Safelite quickly called me once I put in my claim through my insurance app and scheduled my appointment quickly. The work was completed and the technician was amazing.

  Cody was excellent at communicating and replaced my windshield in my own driveway. He was pleasant and did a great job!

  Repair went fast and smooth. Very friendly technician who actually reached out and asked if he could come earlier which was fabulous. Very satisfied with the service.
