  Ms Pam is such a pleasure and will make ur wait worth it while having conversation with u , last min inspection and alignment and she got me in also like to mention Travis the mechanic that worked on my vehicle you did great and have another customer thank u 2 so much!!

  My daughter has a new car. When we bought it, we were told she did not need an emission sticker until we had a renew the state inspection. She went to go take her drivers test today and found out that she did in fact need her emissions sticker in order to take the test. I walked in and was greeted so kindly and they were able to work us in immediately so my daughter was able to go back and complete her test. We are so thankful for the kindness that was shown to us and all of the help that we were given today.

  Quoted $1,600 for tires that weren’t even that great. As well as will charge TWICE for inspection if the first one fails and you bring it back(even if it’s within 24hours). Called around and all shops said that’s ridiculous. Took somewhere else to get inspected cheaper and better service. Monroe lost a customer.

  Went in for an emissions and inspection. The experience would of been fabulous but the tech stole 2 or 3 dollars out of my center console. I always check in there to make sure I dont leave credit cards or anything super valuable. I saw i had a couple ones so I stuffed them under the papers. I did that just to relieve temptation. Going down the road I said I will check if they are still there and they werent. Which means he was going through my center console. Shouldnt of been any reason seeing they had the registration and insurance. Called and let the manager on duty know. He said he would take care of it. Didnt get an apology or anything. If it was more money I would of filed a police report. But didnt want to go through the hassle for a couple bucks. Not worried about the money just the trust worthiness of the tech.

  Front desk staff, Pam, is fantastic. She always greets everyone with a smile and works her hardest! I’ve been here twice and both my experiences have been great. First time my battery died and Pam got me in right away and got it replaced. She was also able to take payment over the phone and let me grab my car after hours since I work late. Second time I came in my ignition starter was giving me issues when I was getting ready to leave work for the night. I called and I was able to drop my car off and have it worked on the next day. They not only were able to replace the electrical component of my ignition starter, they also did diagnostics and did an oil change (which I was over due for). Over the next few days I noticed my backup camera was not working - thinking it may have had something to do with the work I just got done I called. Pam was able to get me in asap and have the mechanics look at it. Turns out my camera fuse just blew and they replaced it for free! Thank you again staff at Monro - I will be back.
