  Went in to replace a tire with a $170 estimate and they found I just needed a stem replacement and only charged me $40 and fixed my rim at no extra charge. They could have got me but instead did the right thing. This is where I’m coming for all my auto work for now on.

  This happened about a month ago. I was in town for my cousin's graduation and ended up getting a flat tire. I needed it fixed right away because I had to be home early for work the next day. Even though they were short staffed, they took care of me right away and had a new tire on in a few hours. Special shout out to Eduardo for getting it done. Great service no matter what, these guys deserve all the praise they can get!

  Had a tire issue coming into Carlisle for Ford Nationals. Told the guy on the phone year, make, and model of the car along with tire size. They made me an appointment for 12 noon on Friday which was great. Get a call later on that day telling me "we dont have a 12 noon time slot, but we can get you in at 5pm", ok, no worries. Get there at 5pm only to be told "we are not going to be able to install your tires on those wheels because they are low profile and we dont have the equipment to do that without running the risk of scratching the wheel". Now mind you there is a beautiful Mercedes with low profile tires in their parking lot on a flat. They did not tell that customer that they couldn't do his. Now im stuck trying to find a shop that has my tire size to get 2 new tires. You would think with all the car events that Carlisle, Pa. has each year, that a shop like this would be equipped to handle anything. Im sure 1 wheel on that Mercedes cost more than my entire set. UPDATE: After speaking with Wes the manager at the store, he explained everything in detail as to why they could not mount my tires. He also explained how the call center employees sometimes dont ask the right questions when setting appointments to ensure they can handle the job. It was a well received conversation and he even discounted the tires so I could get them mounted elsewhere. Oh and BTW, they are not doing the Mercedes either!
