  I recently rented a G-wagon and a 911 from this place and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was incredibly helpful and the cars were spotless and well-maintained. I was completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely be returning to rent more vehicles in the future. Thank you for providing such a great service.

  I strongly DO NOT recommend dealing with this division of enterprise. Seriously.. save your time by not reading my review and also by not giving enterprise the chance to waste it. Please heed my advice and go elsewhere. I placed a reservation for the luxury performance class (911, 840, SL class) on July 8th for my partner’s birthday August 21st - August 31. I called to confirm my reservation a couple days prior to which I was informed I would be getting the 911 at noon on the 21st... cool I’m a big fan of porches and love the history. When I arrived the day of, I was told I was getting a BMW 440i. Which is probably half the car class I booked. It’s really not even comparable. To add insult to injury the right rear fender was sideswiped with yellow paint transfer. A previous driver probably hit a yellow parking bollard. None of the staff knew what vehicle I had reserved. Allen was super cool, apologetic, and tried very hard to improve the situation. It appears enterprise set him up for failure. This review is not about him. Anyways, come to find out the Porsche was missing and no one knew where it was. It was then when I learned they only have the 911. There is quite deceptively no other vehicle in their fleet for this class. The closest thing they had to offer was half of the MSRP. Sure, that’s a great first world problem to have… you gave me the wrong German imported luxury car. I decided to take the damaged 440 in hopes that the 911 would soon show up (they said they would call when they knew where it was) and I would be able to swap vehicles. I had drove an hour to the location so I spent the next few hours hanging around the area while waiting for a call that was never made. I returned the 440 and they still had no idea where their car is. Needless to say the GF and I are pretty disappointed. I will maybe continue renting economy cars for out of state traveling with enterprise, but I very much suggest avoiding their exotic rentals. If you're going to rent out exotic cars understand that your clientele are not the same as your core business. You’re not switching someone from a Camry to a Altima for an A2B commute. There should probably be at minimum a one day buffer between reservations if you only have one vehicle in your fleet. This isn’t a reality because they honestly don’t care (enterprise corporate) it’s apparent that this is just another form of revenue flow where they saw a potential market. They don’t actually care about the product they’re giving you. You’ll get the wrong car and it will be dirty and damaged. If you don’t like it oh well. If you want to drive a Porsche go to Porsche Pittsburgh and lease one. My review is 2 stars because it carries more “review weight” than 1. They deserve none.

  I specifically needed a convertible for a parade. I looked high and low and had a difficult time finding anybody who could accommodate my needs. Enterprise Exotic Car promised me that they had something available and took my reservation. Two days before I was supposed to pick up the car, Skyler called me and told me that she can't control their inventory and that she doesn't have a convertible. She was smug and snarky and sassy. She told me she's surprised the company doesn't get sued because it's false advertising. In my opinion, this outfit is a sham running the classic Seinfeld "You took the reservation, but you can't keep it."

  What a great experience. Skylar was wonderful getting everything together for my first exotic car rental experience. She helped me make sure my insurance had the coverage that was needed and even called them. This car has been well taken care of, and the staff at Library Road handled my check in and cleaned the car for me. They have been nothing but good to me. I'm not rich, but it was nice to feel like it for the weekend. Nothing but big smiles that a truly needed. Who would have thought I could rent a car like this for such a great price. Thank you.

  Outstanding experience loved the corvette convertible!!!! So fun. Will rent again next special event.... my dad had the time of his life! Thanks for making his birthday great!
