- CBChad BellApr 15, 20262.0Took my truck here April 2nd to be diagnosed, they said it was a wiring issue and we set up an appointment for today, the 15th for it to be fixed. I took my truck there a little after 9am, and drove past at noon and saw that my truck hasn’t moved at all. I thought no problem, and went to get a bite to eat. I came back at 2:15 pm and it still hasn’t moved. I went inside and asked if they were going to get to my truck, and Joe told me that he would. Well they close at 5pm and I returned at 4:45 and still…. My truck didn’t move. I was given a bunch of excuses about how they had a bad day, and wasn’t in a good mood. Oh well. I don’t care. You had time to help a couple customers with inspections so it must’ve not been that bad. What a waste of gas, and time. Will not be returning.

Everyone that worked there helped out with my situation and relieved me of my stressed. They never tried to upsell me like they do when I go to Subaru dealerships. I highly recommend going there instead of going to a dealership. These people are extremely honest and it’s great to have that in our neighborhood.

I can’t say enough great things about these guys but to sum it up in a few words - they go above and beyond to make sure you are treated fairly, excellent work, overall decent people. Hard to find these days. Seems like everything is a scam. Not here. They have integrity! Probably why they are so busy but definitely worth the wait. Thanks so much for keeping my cars on the road!
