  Went around 2 PM and had a great experience. CSR Nozzle answered my questions and helped me understand what I was looking for. He had me in and out pretty quick. Topside Arjun and bottomside Matthew did a great job too. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Definitely coming back!

The entire process was completed in less than 20 minutes, which was incredibly convenient for me. Jaykwan, the Customer Service Representative, stood out with his extensive knowledge and courteous demeanor. He promptly addressed all of my questions, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable throughout the visit. Additionally, Arjun and Matthew played crucial roles in ensuring the oil change was executed smoothly and without any issues. The manager, Brandon, was particularly noteworthy for his upbeat attitude and hands-on approach. He meticulously oversaw all three service bays, paying close attention to every detail to guarantee the highest quality service. Although Dustin didn't work on my car today he greeted me and remembered my previous visit. Overall, my experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend Valvoline Oil Change in Camphill, PA, to anyone seeking a quick and reliable service.

  CSR Dustin made my experience amazing! He was extremely helpful, friendly, informative, and knowledgeable about the service. Never had an experience at this facility like the one with Dustin! Makes you want to come back, which I will. You can tell he truly cares!

  I got my oil changed and opted for one of the extras, and was complaining about the price and brandon the manager helped me get a coupon for the service.😁 everybody was fast and professional. Also I was expecting them to tell me I needed a new battery and when they didn't say anything. I asked if they checked the battery and he said yes, it was fine. And ask me, why,? did I think something was wrong with it? And I said, yes, he said, well, let me check it again and show you. He didn't argue with me, he didn't say, no I checked it, you're fine, he rechecked it without any qualms. Great group of guys.
