  I always find the service very good at these properties. I love how they listen to what I’m interested in and not try to push things on me. They do mention when things need done, but they accept the fact that I wanna do them myself unless it’s a few cents like the one this time it’s always fast service and they’re always courteous and explain what they’re doing unlike some places. Great job Brandon, Zane and Matt

  Exceptional organization and customer service which maybe isn't always expected for the automotive industry - especially for a female customer! Within the last month I took my car in for an oil change, a guy who appeared to be the manager with a shorter, lighter hair respectfully and properly stayed so on top of things! He and his team approached me communicate expectations and let me know that they were understaffed but they were working their darndest to get everyone taken care of and they really made sure that they did that! When they would finish something they would announce it. All of the technicians working in there were so respectful and kind and never acted like I was dumb for not knowing something or not knowing where or what something was which I really appreciated. They were incredibly courteous, and stayed very calm under pressure but I could tell that they were working hard and whoever the leader or manager was that day seem to really be looking out for everyone. Each time I've gone there's also been a coupon which has always saved me a little bit of cash, but I feel along the way each time as well. They've been very transparent about pricing and cost. It just felt really good to go somewhere that that took so much pride in their work and I was really impressed! I'm already back with our second vehicle to get an oil change because now I won't go anywhere else now!

  I came in for an oil change and worked with brandon (Store Manager), Terri, and Timothy. My car has been burning oil like crazy and Brandon gave me a great assessment and let me know where I should start if I wanted to get the problem fix. My car is currently under warranty so now when I take it to the dealership, I know how to explain what my problem is.

  Oil change and used the groupon! Great service, super speedy, and got me everything I needed at a very reasonable and transparent cost. The employees are very personable, communicative, and efficient!

  Brandon, Tim and Matt are gods among men. In an hour of great need, and at great expense to them (it was 45 minutes after they closed) They got a very stupid individual (me) Out of a very tight jam, And they were super quick, and very professional. Their attention to detail when taking note of my low power steering fluid Was Refreshing to see. They were knowledgeable and courteous and very helpful, just overall great dudes, great attitudes, and I will for sure be going back. I was very impressed and I’m still very thankful. These dudes saved the day! 10/10, I cannot recommend this Valvoline enough, when you are there ask for Brandon, Tim or Matt and you will be sure that they will quickly get the job done!!! No raise that you can give these dudes would be big enough… to whomever is in charge over there: you need to add at least five dollars an hour to BRANDON, TIM and MATT’s paycheck. I am not kidding. Pay those men! Give them all of the money!!!
