  Tire replaced here three months ago and had another blowout. Mike and his team took care of me hassle free and help me out the door within 15 minutes. If you want a tire company that’s honorable with high amounts of integrity. This is the place to get it done.

  I must compliment Michael such an amazing man. Who truly loves to help customers and it does not seem forced . My husband took his company vehicle to the other mavis by the mall last Sunday and was told the could not write it up because they did not know how to do it . My husband left his vehicle at the shop Monday came around and he went by to drop keys off and he was told they were not able to help him because they were short staff meanwhile my husband was at the facility first thing when they opened . My husband took the car to Michael and he got it in with no issues and the car was done same day. Michael was very friendly , knowledgeable and caring . He even made a knew client with me I will start bringing all my Mazda vehicles to him . Thank you Michael and continue doing such an amazing job it will pay off .

  VERY good service, all the employees are very nice, honest, and welcoming. Didn’t try to sell me anything extra, I just needed an alignment and that’s what I got! And now the car runs great. Thank you guys! Will come back and recommend to all! :)

  I stopped by for a tire rotation about an hour before closing. I was told I needed an appointment and was refused service. What made the experience frustrating was that the shop appeared empty, with no vehicles being worked on at the time. I understand businesses have policies, but I expected more flexibility for a routine service, especially when there seemed to be availability. This was disappointing and did not feel customer-friendly.

  I brought my wife’s car in for a repair vs replace of one of the tires after it started having recurrent slow leaks. I dropped it off around 2 and didn’t hear back until around 3:30. Said it was done and that it was just a tire repair. When I pulled out my card to pay, Christian informed me that the job took longer than he expected and wasn’t going to charge me!! Cannot thank them enough for helping us out! Courteous and no charge, I’ll be back again.
