  So happy we went there! They got us in same day, didn’t move forward with unneeded repairs or try to upsell anything, and I have some great affordable tires now. Great spot

  My fiancé came in for an inspection. All is well only because I knew they come for a specific price so wasn't worried to much about leaving her to get scammed or overpriced. Sent her on her way with some knowledge of things they might try to sell her on and to deny them because they've already been replaced and or maintenanced. Then I get a text that her tires are bald and she needs new tires to pass inspection. Which was weird because I had already looked at the tires 2 days before, measured the tread at 3.5mm and it was still perfectly safe to drive and double the above legal limit (1.6mm) to pass. They still sold her tires at 160 ish a pop which I additionally could of bought, if she even needed them, for half the price for the same quality they gave her. I asked her to bring the tires home so I could check them to verify they were telling the truth in hopes that it was just me who was wrong. In the end after inspecting each tire again, she got scammed. The tire tread remained at 3.5mm and nothing appeared to be wrong with them at all. She went for an inspection and came home with a list of "fixes" and $900 in the hole. I would not recommend this place to women to get their vehicle serviced, I won't claim they took advantage of her lack of knowledge because that's something I can't prove since I wasn't present but based off her testimony, I didn't feel confident they were a good faith business. Across the board I again, would not recommend this place for women to go alone to, you will be taken advantage of. As for everyone else, I also wouldn't recommend this place in general. Tires are cheaper elsewhere and they aren't selling anything worth the price tag.

  Jeff worked tirelessly with my warranty company to get the parts i need to fix my vehicle. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

  One of our calipers failed while we were on the road. Fortunately for us, it happened right by Monro. We quickly pulled in and explained what happened. They got to work right away and had us back on the road in well under an hour. Extremely accommodating and wonderful customer service.

  We have had Monroe of Butler service, our 2012 Jeep since 2018. Jeff, who is the manager, is exceptional as a mechanic as a manager, and as a person. We trust him and that is what's extremely important getting cars serviced these days. He will let you know your options, he'll always try to find the least expensive solution. And he'll be honest as to whether you need something now or it can wait. He does not try to sell you something you don't need. Over the years we've had State Inspections, oil changes and system flushing, new tires, alignments, CV axil/shaft replaced, shorted out headlight repair, tail-pipe replaced, and a few other minor things. They have taken me on time with my scheduled appointments and haven't taken that long, since I always wait.
