I was in a rush to get an oil change, and I was able to go online and set up an appointment for the next day and when I arrived, they were prepared for me and took care of my oil change and they let me know the breakdown of the cost for the oil change.

First off, I received a request from the company to write a review. I wasn't going to, but after receiving the request I decided to do it. My bottom line: I will not be going back there, and I would suggest you shop around if you are considering going there for the following reasons... I had an oil change and a tire alignment competed. I requested non-synthetic oil due to the age of my vehicle. I was charged for synthetic oil. I am unsure if they put in synthetic or non-synthetic. They completed a tire alignment. Based on the receipt they indicated they checked the tire pressure and it was 32 in all tires. Based on a quick trip to inflate a tire that looked low later that day, the tire pressure was at 22. I am unsure if they actually checked the tire pressure, just said they did, or my tire developed a leak. The receipt also indicates that I declined a "top off of fluids." I was never asked about a top off of fluids. The receipt also shows that I declined a 4-wheel balance service, which I was also never asked about. Lastly I was charged a $19.57 fee for a shop supply fee that "represents costs and profits to the motor vehicle repair facility for miscellaneous shop supplies or waste disposal", mind you I was already charged $2.90 for the disposal of oil. Again, I will not be going back. Update 7.21.26: I called the number. Their solution was to take it to any Monroe shop in the area for service because they are all connected. The service rep also indicated he didn't believe that any shops offer oil changes that are a non-synthetic blend of oil. I suppose now I know to avoid all Monro shops not just this one.
