  Came in for inspection and no apoiment done but i need it asap they took care of everything i was out in no time 100% recomended and great price also

  Got new tires on my 2015 Cadillac SRX. The dude that changed them put the center caps on wrong and 2 of them fell off while driving. The inside of the caps are clearly marked "arrow to valve stem". The 2 that are still on my wheels were wiggling around before I fixed them. The guy was also a complete slob. I had to clean oil off of my car. It was all over my driver's seat, steering wheel, and exterior etc. I understand a little bit of oil/grease etc but this was A LOT! dude did not care about my property at all. Charged me over $300 in labor for tires and oil change... least you could do is be thorough and treat my property with care.

  I have been going to this Monroe for years with 2 different cars. I am always treated like family when I go. The manager Jeff is very knowledgeable and polite. I only take my cars here

  ***ETA car was now taken to dealership for service and they confirmed the code was coming up because of the person who did our oil change at Monro’s did not close the air box properly after oil/filter change. We were charged over $200 for Monro’s basic mistake to be fixed.*** We took our car here for a routine oil change—never had any issues with our well maintained car—right after leaving, the check engine light came on. Went back and was told they put the air filter back incorrectly and fixed it. A couple days later, the check engine light comes back on. It is clearly due to their error, but now when I took it back they say that has nothing to do with them. Do not recommend what BS! Code P0171
