First, time buying a new vehicle in over 30 years. Had a perfect experience with salesman Cornell Charles. Took time to listen to our concerns, answer quickly. Went though the process of with us explaining every detail. Walked us over to the Finance Manager Matt Garger. He ran every option out there, finding the best deal. Explained everything making the process flawless. Got my first new vehicle at 55 years old. This team made my experience wonderful. Thank you.

I generally had a positive experience at Diehl. Worked with James and John, who were straightforward and easy to work with. My main concern was that the finance process took an inordinate amount of time for what was ultimately a cash purchase in full. Additionally, I was presented with extended warranty options at the time of payment, which were not explained to me in advance. This did not give me adequate time to consider the Additional cost/value against my budget, so no decision was made at that time. In general though, I had a positive experience overall.

Waste of time and money. Call a locksmith if you need your keys cut correctly. My original key with lock and unlock button is discontinued so I ordered my own, one oem and one aftermarket, and they ruined them on purpose. It looked nothing like the original key cut and then blamed it on a 30 year old key cutting machine. The women that works in parts is rude and lazy and well as the women in service. Had to talk to 3 different people sitting directly next to eachother in the service department to figure out that I needed to talk the parts department about getting a key made. Wasted 75$ on keys that dont work and are now non-returnable. They are miserable people and this place is a joke. The parts guy gave me every excuse on why none of the key cuts look the same like its my fault they don't know how to do there job. What a sad place. If they cant figure out how to properly cut a simple key, id be scared to let them work on my vehicle. Thanks for nothing 😀

I just purchased a 2026 Toyota Tacoma from Jeff Rossiter and it was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. I knew what I wanted and did everything remotely since I live an hour and 20 minutes away. I maybe had 20 minutes tied up in striking a deal at Diehl. I had an excellent experience with Dave Kauffman at Diehl Toyota while buying my new 2026 Toyota Camry XLE. Dave was outstanding from start to finish. He was completely transparent with pricing, gave me an excellent deal, helped me customize my allocation, and kept me updated through every stage of the process, from build, to shipping, to delivery. He was also consistently responsive, easy to work with, and made the entire process feel straightforward and low-pressure. Do yourself a favor and ask for Dave when you call!
I also want to thank Sales Manager Dom for going above and beyond to make this happen. He helped arrange an allocation swap with a Toyota dealership in New York so I could get the exact red XLE I wanted delivered to Diehl Toyota.
I really appreciated the professionalism, communication, and extra effort throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Dave, Dom, and Diehl Toyota to anyone looking for a brand new Toyota close to home! (Finally, check out that red! I highly recommended the supersonic red— worth the wait)
