  I drove an hour from home to look at a car that Diehl had from a trade in. It was exactly what I had been looking for and no one else had it. Diehl made it worth my time. Cade was my contact at Diehl from my initial question and took care of everything from that point on. Everyone at Diehl was super helpful and amazingly friendly. Not only did I come home with the car of my dreams, I made some new friends at Diehl!

  Terrible service department. Rude as can be. Left parts sitting in my truck that they decided to not put back on. I Brought it in for a bad starter and after they put a jump box on it, the fry the fuse box and the battery. Left my dash cam unplugged so thats a nice touch. I didn't buy my truck here because they dont honor their advertised pricing and ill never bring anything back to their service department. A different appointment They also cross threaded my oil filter and wanted me to drive it back up with all of the oil sitting on the ground. Incompetence breads Incompetence.

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle and would highly recommend Diehl CDJR. From start to finish, the process was straightforward, transparent, and surprisingly stress-free. What stood out most was the communication, every question was answered promptly and clearly, and I always felt informed throughout the entire transaction. Jack was outstanding to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained all of my options, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision along the way. The entire experience was incredibly easy. The paperwork was handled efficiently, there were no unexpected surprises, and the team was respectful of my time. I also felt that I received great value, both in the vehicle itself and in the overall customer experience. Fantastic service, excellent communication, and a smooth buying process from beginning to end.   I honestly don’t even know where to start. I called Diehl Tuesday to talk numbers and here I am Thursday driving my new baby. I want to truly & genuinely thank Alec Andrew’s & Matt Garger for everything they’ve done for me these past few days and working with me to get this car. When I walked in Tuesday, I wasn’t confident at all because I don’t have the best credit and i’ve been denied by a few car places because of it, but after talking with Alec & Matt I felt 100% confident in my decision on this vehicle. Not only that they were able to get me approved that very same day that I came in. The process was so smooth and when I outgrow this car or need a new car for whatever reason, I will 100% be returning back to Diehl and speaking with Alec & Matt. There were no hidden fees, NOTHING! Alec & Matt were very straightforward with everything and i’m very thankful for the both of them!!! 10/10 satisfied customer.
