  I had a very good experience purchase. I live 2 hours from the dealership, so a majority of the work I did was over the phone. I had a kind salesman who answered questions. As a first time car buyer, the financing made me uneasy. But, Matt from The finance department was amazing. Made me feel so comfortable and understood, recognized and appreciated. He delivered a service above and beyond. I’m thankful for the people of Diehl who helped me get my dream car !

  I just financed a Jeep Grand Cherokee yesterday at Diehl in Butler. Evan H and Matt G were awesome!! They were both very knowledgeable and efficient…Evan and I communicated via text and phone getting all the information together and when I arrived yesterday at the dealership they had everything ready and set for me to sign and answered all of my questions…got me a great deal and I am loving my new ride! Thanks so much guys…best experience ever!

  We had a great experience purchasing our new Jeep! Jeff made the entire process easy and effortless from beginning to end. He was professional, knowledgeable, straightforward, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. Everything went exactly the way you hope a car-buying experience will go. Jeff took care of everything and made sure we were completely comfortable with the deal and our new Jeep Five stars all the way.   Had a good buying experience with Diehl and everyone was very helpful in getting the transaction completed long distance. The salesman I worked with went above and beyond to even correspond outside of business hours to keep the transaction moving. My only complaint is that there was a small price adjustment that was verbally agreed on that still hasn't been resolved. Shame on me for not getting the adjustment in writing but I've been strung along for a while now without any follow up. I've accepted that I likely won't receive any adjustment but I'm a bit disappointed by the lack of folks not standing behind their word.

  I was on a trip and just had my tires rotated at my jeep dealer and hour away and the balance was off. I stopped into Diehl jeep to see if they could check them. I was told all the employees were on lunch and they were to busy to help a jeep owner. This was totally unprofessional. I would buy or get service at a place that does not staff or schedule employees. I really feel let down by the jeep family. They showed me the door and offered no solutions. Thanks Diehl Jeep
