I generally dread the vehicle shopping experience because of the long wait times, endless back-and-forth, and exhausting high-pressure tactics. However, that was not my experience at Diehl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Butler. My salesman, Josh Philips, was absolutely awesome. There was zero hassle; I told him what I was looking for, and he quickly found the right vehicle for me. I was bracing myself for a price point outside of my budget, but to my surprise, the offer was even lower than I expected. The entire process was incredibly efficient, and I was in and out in just a few hours. Overall, I give Diehl an A+. If you are planning a visit, I highly recommend asking for Josh Philips—he was truly exceptional.

I had the pleasure of working with Josh Philips. He was very respectful of how I do business. Once I made my choice, we began a very open discussion of what I needed in order for the deal to fit. We were able to agree on the prices and then I worked with Matt to secure financing and finally an open discussion on what I found to be a fair price for the extended warranty. On top of that, Josh went and got me an iced tea at Sheetz when he filled the truck tank with fuel. Final service perks they offer just reinforces my desire to do business with them again. I recently purchased another vehicle from Diehl Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Butler, and the entire experience was excellent. I have bought from them before, and I was happy to return. The dealership provides a very comfortable environment where I never felt pressured while browsing, which made what can often be a stressful process much easier.
