  I went to this place bc mr. Tire about killed me with my truck. In fixing these problems they caused more by leaving a retaining ring from my shock tower on my steering stem, their solution was to drive figure 8's in the neighboring parking lot. So when I went to the 3rd location and they discovered it between the frame and steering stem, it made the 20 mins of pointless figure 8ing a realization that the 150 dollar alignment was pointless and had to get a second one done later that day...by the way this is day 5 of just trying to put shocks on my f 150...oh with all the prying they knocked the valve off the fox shock leaking all the gas out ( back to square 1)...🫩 however if you can get to the Huntington location those guys are on their game.

  Had a issue while traveling. Got me right in and fixed up and on my way. Very quickly. 100% great guy!!! 🙏

  II took my 2016 Chevy Express van to Monroe in Burnham on Wednesday Judy 8 to get my air conditioner fixed.After a few hours I was told I had to leave it overnight because they didn't have the parts.I was not given an estimate on a price. Late the next afternoon they called and said it was ready.I got there and they were finishing up.Then I was told the bill was $2030.00 I was shocked and was not given a break down of how it added up to $2030.00. The next day my air conditioner was just blowing hot air.I had to drive all the way back to the shop.I had to leave the van there again overnight. Then Saturday I waited there all day till 5;30 only to be told it could not be fixed and to drop it off Sunday night for work today. It still is not done..You have $2030.00 of my money and I still don't have my van back.I would like to have my bill cut in half nd a refund for all my travel time ,loss of my days and gas coming and going to the shop.I went back to the shop to pick up my van because they said it was done nd the air conditioner worked.They worked on it for 5 days total.I was given another repair bill for over $1600.00 .This on top of the original $2030,00 bill which came with a warranty they didn't honor.This is outrageous ,I called the corporate office to complain .I got a girl in the Philippines who did nothing. This company sucks! They are incompetent and don't care.

  Thankful and grateful don’t even begin to cover our experience. I don’t know the gentlemen’s name that helped us, but he was awesome! On 7/10, my family and I are traveling and passing through. My low tire pressure light came on and we were in a serious bind. My wife searched for a repair facility still open and we found this Monro location. We pulled in at 6:35 when the shop closed at 7. The gentleman was able to plug our tire and get us on our way, truely a life saver! Thank you to Monro and to this employee for going way above and beyond to get us back on the road!
