  Took me right away as a walk in for oil change and tire rotation. Very fast and professional service. They even pointed me in the direction of a QR code for a rebate.

  I had a great experience with Monro Auto Service! I was able to schedule online on a Friday for a Monday morning appointment, which was really convenient. The staff were friendly, quick, and courteous. I don’t know much about cars, so I usually feel a little nervous in those situations, but they made me feel comfortable and like I could trust them. They also offered to take care of an oil change while I was there, which I appreciated. Everything was done efficiently, and the total cost felt fair for the service and convenience. Overall, a really positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  I had 2 tires mounted and balanced and the service was good! Might want to make sure someone is available who can drive a stick shift at all times because they did struggle with that a bit but other than that it was good!

  Brought a vehicle in to have two tires replaced and while standing there watching the person who they tasked the job to I watched him smack a undersized socket onto the lug nut causing it to split the 2 piece lug and wedge it in the socket and then when the underpowered kobalt impact and 30 year old air impact that probably hasn't seen oil or a rebuild couldn't break the lug loose they claimed it couldn't be taken off or it would shear the stud off ...knowing it wasn't at all close to correct I went to eddies tire on 4th Street and they zipped the lug nuts off with no issues and got us swapped out and on our way in the same amount of time it took Monro to say it wasn't possible.... Monro didn't even try... Id be ashamed to work there or call the work they did an honest attempt ... And certainly won't go back there for work to be done on any of my vehicles ..the screwed up an alignment once on my other vehicle...should've known Better ...
