  Enterprise team - you really need to do better! Here are some suggestions: 1. Don’t take a reservation if you don’t have a car available! This isn’t hard. 2. If you find you have overbooked - call your customers and tell them! Again, this is not hard. 3. If you have overbooked, build a plan BEFORE your customers arrive. Again, this is not hard to do. It just takes a little planning and organization. At least pretend like you care and are trying to take care of your clients.

  The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I had a couple of concerns with my experience. First, the vehicles do not appear to be cleaned until a customer arrives to pick them up. In my opinion, cars should be cleaned and prepared as soon as they are returned so they are ready for the next renter. Second, I was given a Chevy Equinox, and on the second day of my rental, it began overheating while I was driving on the highway. I had to pull over and shut the vehicle off. When I contacted roadside assistance, I was told my options were either to drive the vehicle about 9 miles to the nearest Enterprise location during rush hour to exchange it, or carefully drive it home and return it the following day for a replacement. I chose that option and was fortunate to make it home safely. What concerns me most is that the roadside assistance representative advised that the vehicle needed service. If that was the case, I don’t understand why it was rented out to a customer in the first place. A vehicle with a potential mechanical issue should not be rented out until it has been properly inspected and repaired. The vehicle exchange the next day went smoothly, and I had no issues with the replacement car. Still, it was unsettling to be given a vehicle that appeared to have a known maintenance problem.

  I rented a car im Va..ont the way to Pa on 95 i got clipped by a 20 foot truck that was trying to get over to get to the exit..I was so scared..mind you I live on an island in Va so 95 is a scary road when you aren't used to traffic. I had damage to the car so I called the enterprise I rented it from in virginia and he told me to find one in PA near where I was and switch ot out. AARIN helped us at enterprise when we got there. She is so friendly! Just her smile puts you at ease, bc i was a little anxious after a 4.5 hour trip. Aarin did what she could to get me a safe car for the ride home to Virginia . She made it seem simple and easy. I couldn't be happier!! My Mom lives right near the enterprise in Brynn mawr and I will be sure that we recommend anyone we can who needs to rent a 🚗 to go see Aarin at enterprise! SHE IS THE BEST AND MOST PROFESSIONAL AND BIY CAN THAT WOMAN MULTITASK!

  The manager of this location, Aarin is rude, dismissive and blatantly unprofessional. I’ve rented with enterprise plenty of times by now and I am astonished by the way she conducts herself. I made a complaint about her overcharging me to the area manager once before which I am assuming she was informed of and since then her behavior has only gotten worse. This is my closest location and it is such a shame to be targeted by an employee in this way, especially a branch manager. She has gone to measures to make renting difficult for me. I have since then reached out to the area manager again to make a more official complaint. Aarin has provided me with old or “no longer in service” phone numbers in order to deter me from reaching someone higher up. I was even informed by another staff member at this location that she had informed them not to give me any information to reach a higher level manager. Is it so hard to be kind to people and do your job? To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. This woman has no business in a place of management and setting this standard for the others who work in this office who have all always been very pleasant to work with.
