  I can’t recommend JTC Automotive enough. Michael and Jason are outstanding owners. They are always responsive, professional, and prompt with communication. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. I had a frustrating steering wheel vibration at highway speeds. I went through alignments, tire balancing, road force balancing, and visited multiple shops, including the dealership. No one could confidently identify the real cause of the problem. When I brought my car to JTC, they took the time to thoroughly inspect everything instead of guessing. Their team patiently worked through the diagnosis, identified the actual issue, and fixed it properly. A special thank you to Shafin, the technician who worked on my vehicle. He is exceptionally talented, experienced, and detail-oriented. It’s rare to find a mechanic with his level of skill and dedication. If you own a Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentley, Range Rover, or any other German vehicle, this is the shop you can trust. Their expertise and honesty truly set them apart.

  I rarely leave reviews, but JTC Automotive absolutely earned this one. I brought my Lamborghini Huracán to JTC after dealing with other shops and dealerships, and I can honestly say this was the best automotive service experience I've ever had. From the first conversation to the moment I picked up my car, the level of professionalism, communication, knowledge, and attention to detail was second to none. Owning an exotic car means trusting someone with a significant investment, and that's not something I take lightly. The team at JTC treated my Huracán as if it were their own. They took the time to explain everything, kept me updated throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. No surprises, no excuses, no unnecessary upselling—just honest expertise and exceptional workmanship. What impressed me most was their knowledge of high-end European and exotic vehicles. It's immediately obvious that these guys are true specialists, not just mechanics. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and the car came back driving better than it has in a long time. In fact, the overall experience was better than what I've received from Lamborghini dealerships.   JTC Automotive were attentive, completed my service on time, as promised and made sure I was completely satisfied. I recommend them to anyone who wants a trustworthy, thorough and caring company, and will definitely be back for other services and parts as needed.

  Tesla Low voltage battery needed replacement. 1st Tesla service appt I could get was 13 days out. Never used JTC but Emailed them around 10pm on a Thursday. Response received at 7:30 am on Friday that they could get Battery and work on car that day. Dropped off car at 8:30 and was driving with the new battery 6 hours later. Dealt with Mike and Jason and will definitely use again.

  I cannot say enough great things about JTC Automotive and the level of care they gave both me and my 2022 Bentley Flying Spur W12. From the very beginning, their communication was absolutely outstanding. They kept me updated every step of the way while my car was under their care, taking the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The thoroughness of their inspection process was truly impressive. They didn’t just rush through repairs — they carefully went through the vehicle, properly diagnosed the motor issues, and made sure everything was addressed the right way.
