- DWDawn WeissSep 18, 20265.0I want you to know that the crew here does the best job in your network!!! Absolutely spotless and neat, been doing this over 50 years and this place in Brookville PA, exit 78 off of I 80 is just the best !!!! My wife and myself will be visiting every time we go by from now on. Hats off to a spectacular job , well done !!!! Dawn and Rick. Ashley had cleaned our shower and I let him know and so should the Pilot corporation!!! Thanks again !!!!
- RBRolland BallardSep 18, 20262.0Been driving for the last four decades... been here numerous times. It's pretty clean and stocked, but when you get up at 430am, and want a shower, and the place is understaffed at that hour, it shows poor planning on the management. Early morning is busy...many drivers want to start their day clean, and just expect to time their morning"wake up" with shower and breakfast before their break is up. Timing is everything, and it means something to them for future business, and returning to the location. Flying J/Pilot management... please do better. Not having someone scheduled in to help with shower duty until 6am, isn't early enough.
- DBDavid BuchananSep 7, 20261.0This truck stop and the management sucks big time. Don't go for a shower 5 a.m. or anytime around then. 15 showers and zero cleaned. No showers available. Have to wait for an hour. No, this is not the first time. Their management has like just one person to work all night and she only tenders the cash register and nothing else. No other staff. I will fuel elsewhere and buy nothing from their stores or food services/restaurants. Brookville Pennsylvania is the worst truck stop in their whole network across the USA. The worst management and staff I have ever encountered. NO STARS
