As always, excellent service at Mavis Discount Tire! I’ve been coming here for tire changes, wheel alignments, valve replacements, and other tire services, and I’ve always been very satisfied. The staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and the work is always done right and on time. Great prices, honest service, and attention to detail. I highly recommend Mavis Discount Tire in Brodheadsville! I’ll definitely be coming back. 👍🚗🛞

Well, in a surprise to absolutely no one, Mavis lost a class action lawsuit against them for deceptive practices. This location charged me $500 for repairs that were never completed. Awful management and incompetent technicians. They also have an influx of five-star reviews, all from accounts that have no other reviews anywhere. Shady practices from top to bottom.

Fantastic experience they helped me get to work and get the car inspected and it didn't cost me any time of running around. I did not expect nor would I expect how helpful they were, it was done quickly no appointment needed

We have an out of service ambulance that we use for our small business. We were supposed to be heading to Gettysburg for an event this weekend. While we were loading the last of our stuff into the back, we noticed that we had a flat. When we called around, no one else could do it tonight. We needed to get there tonight because it's a 3 hour drive from our house and we need to be there early in the morning tomorrow. Mavis said no problem, come on in. We had to wait a little bit because there were people ahead of us but that was to be expected. We ended up needing 2 tires but they took care us. We are on the road now to Gettysburg thanks to Mavis! 😁

Amazing customer service! I came in with a flat tire right before closing, and even though the team was already getting ready to leave, Ed, who I believe is the manager, decided to help me anyway. Kole, the mechanic, stayed late to take care of my tire and make sure I could get back on the road safely. I truly appreciate both of them for going above and beyond, especially at the end of a long workday when they could have easily turned me away. This kind of customer service is hard to find. Huge thank you to Ed and Kole for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. I highly recommend this Mavis location!
