  The worst. Staff needs a serious overhaul, no matter how many times I've tried to schedule there are never any vehicles available. Imagine an entire weekend with no vehicles available! Do they not know they can request vehicles from other enterprise locations? I've rented from Enterprise for years, this location is worthless. Close it down and cut back on your overhead.

  Overall, the entire experience was fantastic. Your partnership with Wreck-a-Mend (in Brodheadsville) is what really puts the professional touch on everything. After speaking with Wreck-a-Mend about my car being fixed, they already had a process in place for getting a rental relevant to my insurance policy. When I went to Enterprise, the car was already to go. We did an inspection of the vehicle, I signed the paperwork, and I was on my way. The car was spotlessly clean and mechanically perfect. When my car was done being worked on, I dropped it off at Wreck-a-Mend, and they took care of it from there.
