Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Went there to have a new sensor for my tire pressure. They also said one of my tires was low pressure and had to be plugged.
Caused me $200. When it was done and I was leaving my sensor pressure light was still on. He said, just drive it, and it will calibrate itself. After a week it was still on, I went back and then they try to charge me. But I said it was you guys who didn't calibrate it. So then they said, my other tire sensor was broke. I told them I wasn't paying for anything else. So I just left.
YouTube, the situation and all I did was have to buy a Ford relearning tire sensor gadget 8 bucks from Amazon. Put my car in learning mode and i fixed myself. Light doesn't come on for tire sensor fault. I won't be going back to Mavis again. When they try to charge me for something that was so easy to fix. Because it wasn't even another sensor that was broken in my tire.

Kenny and Dan are hands down a winning team. It’s extremely hard to find trustworthy individuals to handle your car anymore. I have now taken my car to be serviced at this location 5 times. They know how to go above and beyond for the customer to give them an honest quote and diagnosis. They really get to know and understand their customer base and just care. I worked retail management for over 10 years and customer service for 20 years… this team is led by two gentleman that just flat out get it. They treat their frontline team like family and their customers like gold. Highly recommend this location!

If I could write no stars I would have. I had a very bad experience at this place I called at 1:00 and asked if I need to make an appointment for an alignment and he said no if you come between 2:30 and 3:00 we can get you in and out fast. I showed up shortly before 3:00 and he said I'm not going to lie it's going to be about 5:00 before we can get to your car. I said to him I called ahead of time and asked and the response was well this car needed that and that car needed that and we need more time. I said okay and I left and said call me when my car is done. I got notification on the Ford app that my tire pressure was low at 6:24 so they didn't get to my car until three and a half hours I dropped it off So I called at 6:10 to see if my car was done he said 20 more minutes I said okay call me when it's ready I never got a phone call. I went there at like 7:00 and I said I guess my car is already done he said yeah and I said why didn't you call me and he said I thought you were just coming up and I said no I asked you to call me. When I went there to pick up my car I said will I get a printout of the alignment and he said give me a minute he came back and he said oh the alignment wasn't done and I said why and he said because it needed a tie rod Now my car has already been there for 4 hours. I never got a phone call saying that they weren't able to do it.So they replaced the front tire. Why would you replace the front tire knowing that the alignment is bad, it's only going to wear my tire.So the very next day I went to my mechanic to have this checked and the tie rod wasn't bad. Very bad experience, will never go back there!! The man at the front desk was very rude and I will never go back! He kept saying yes ma'am yes ma'am and I said yes ma'am what and he was like are you going to let me talk or do you just want your bill
