  100% recommend the Bristol Cummins Sales & Service location. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. We brought our motorhome in for service on the generator, after several unsuccessful attempts to get it fixed on the road. Problem was that we live full time in it so we couldn't keep the motorhome there. We worked with Will Everett in the service department. Scheduled our first visit to have them remove the generator, second to pick up our unit and have additions maintenance done on the engine. Will went out of his way to make this transaction smooth and accommodated us for the additional work to be done. He worked with our 3rd party warranty company as well to make it easier on us. They are by far one of the best, most efficient companies we have worked with. They come highly recommended for anyone who has Onan generators or Cummins engines!

  Working for RTR Motorsports /Vaughn Gittin Jr Motorsports it is eccential that we get to the tracks that we are trying to get to for race weekend Frank's truck developed a skip we knew it was the number to injector called these guys at Cummins they had one on hand and got us right in at 1:00 pm and gone by 4:00 p.m. outstanding service as well as outstanding Workforce. Thank you guys for making this a painless experience.

  I am always hesitant to try new repair shops but I am so happy I brought my Peterbilt into the Cummins Bristol, PA Service Dept. I was having a fan clutch issue and all the repair shops in the area were beyond capacity, including Cummins, but after discussing my issues with Tom he was able to squeeze me into the shop to at least diagnose the issues and come up with a game plan. The team here is absolutely top notch. It’s very rare that you find such a high level of customer service, well-mannered staff and a team that knows how to keep owners up to date with all aspects of the repair. Melissa is a role model for anyone who has direct contact with customers. She knows her stuff, can explain all the issues and has a game plan of getting issues fixed properly. The team went above and beyond to assure all aspects of the repair was covered and that I was leaving the shop knowing that the semi was in top operational condition. Thank you Tom for getting me in and Melissa for keeping me calm! Fantastic team that deserves the credit. God bless this branch, the Flag, President Trump and the United States of America!
