  5pm Appt confirmed. I understand being behind. Proceeds to say the car will be complete 1.5 to 2 hrs for two tires and alignment. 1.5 hrs later car isn’t even taken in. Nope.

  One of my tires had a nail in it causing a slow (annoying) leak. I called Mr.Tire Bridgeville, they scheduled me a same day appointment, took me right in, fixed the tire and had me back on the road in 45 minutes. The person at the counter was very professional/friendly and the cost was less than I expected. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service. It’s the first time I’ve ever used Mr. Tire for vehicle service and plan to use them again in the future. I highly recommend them!

  Tyler at the front Desk is amazing. Got a screw in my tire. They fixed it same day super helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and overall great experience. Thanks for helping.

  A few weeks ago I talked to Tyler about a possible electrical/computer malfunction in my Mazda SUV. His guys quickly and efficiently did diagnostic testing to help determine possible reasons for the error. I appreciate these gentlemen and the great service they provide!
