  I was quoted $34.99 per tire for installation, so I expected the total to be around $140 for four tires. Instead, I was presented with an out-the-door price of $216, with little explanation of why the cost increased so much. I also wasted a significant amount of time because of this. The pricing was not transparent, and the final bill was nowhere near what I expected based on the quoted price. Make sure you ask for the complete out-the-door price before scheduling any work here

  I recently changed the front tires at this place, but one was defective with a bubble. When I complained, the manager treated me rudely and did not give me a reasonable solution. I do not recommend this service at all.

  I started looking for tires with NTB, but after they failed to follow through and correct a mistake they made, I decided to look elsewhere—and I am so glad I did. I found Mr. Tire on Washington Pike in Bridgeville after seeing all the great reviews. I'm glad I did. After a few phone calls, Trent worked with my schedule and my budget to help me find the right tires for my vehicle. Not only did I end up with better tires than I expected, but I also got a better price. Trent, I want to personally thank you for your patience, honesty, and professionalism throughout the entire process. You took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. That's the kind of customer service that's hard to find these days. It's easy to see why Mr. Tire has earned so many positive reviews. You treated me with respect, genuinely cared about helping me, and made what could have been a stressful situation a very positive experience. You've earned my future business, and I'll be recommending you and Mr. Tire to anyone looking for tires or automotive service. Thanks again for taking such great care of me.

  I use Mr. Tire for my regular car needs such as brakes, alignment, tires, and oil changes. I have been going here for 2.5 years. They have consistently been honest, friendly, and successful. They go over and above for their customers, and their pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

  I have been using the services of Mr. Tire auto service center for years. Tyler, the office manager has always been very helpful in helping me make decisions about service recommendations. His staff has always been very friendly, professional, and helpful also. The quality of the work is good and the pricing is fair.
