  I recently rented a vehicle for a one-way trip out of town. Josh and his team were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely rent a vehicle from them again.

  As I was in the middle of a transaction, I was told that I couldn’t use the card that I called in to confirm that I could purchase the rental with unless I provided the right paperwork that I didn’t have access too. Stepped away to call someone to get said paperwork and they locked the doors to close, leaving me stranded without a car. Went in the next morning when they opened and tried to deal with the situation they had left me in and they didn’t offer me any assistance at all and said that once it is time to close they are closed. I asked them to just provide me with the vehicle I had reserved and they proceeded to tell me they no longer had anything available on the lot…leaving me without a vehicle again because they failed to provide me valid information and failing to complete the transaction we were in the middle of before they decided to close with me still on the property and had multiple employees notice me waiting to be let back in 1 minute past their closing time. Ridiculous.
