Great experience! Safelite came to us and easily replaced our broken car window. The tech was professional, kind, patient, efficient and explained everything clearly.

They sent a constant barrage of conflicting texts, cancelled my appointment day of, and now every business day I get a cancellation message and reschedule message. I called Conshohocken Auto Glass and they got it done for me nearly immediately and for less money. Shop local!!!!

Safelite installed the cheapest, most ill-fitting windshield on my vehicle in response to a claim through insurance due to a rock hitting my previous windshield. I have never seen a windshield with exposed defrosters, there are misaligned panels on the windshield, and there are excessive gaps all the way around between car and windshield. To make matters worse, the technician applied an excessive amount of glue that is now noticeable all over the windshield and looks completely amateur. My car is my pride and joy and now it looks like I’m driving around with a Temu windshield. Stay far away from this group.

Hello. I recently had a rock fly up and crack my windshield. I contacted State Farm and they set up an appointment with Safelite to come out and replace it. This happened in a mater of days. The technician ( Mo ) was the best ever. Thank you to all that was involved. 👍🙂

I have mixed feelings about my experience with Satellite. The original technician who came to my home was respectful, professional, and courteous. Unfortunately, he was unable to complete the calibration at my house, which meant I had to take a day off from work to bring my vehicle to the Bridgeport location. After everything was said and done, I am now receiving calls stating that I need to return because the calibration was not completed on their end. The I cannot take additional time off from work for this again, and I also do not want to waste more gas making another trip. When I arrived, the facility appeared to be fairly new and there was very little direction on where customers should park or enter. I drove around to the back where two Satellite employees were standing outside. I parked my vehicle, but neither employee acknowledged me or offered any guidance on where I should go. I walked into the garage because there were no clear signs directing customers to the office. One technician politely asked if I needed assistance and pointed me toward the office. However, while I was walking there, another technician began yelling at me in a very unprofessional manner, saying I was on the wrong side of the chain. There was no obvious way to get to the other side without stepping over the chain, which is difficult because of my disability. A simple, respectful explanation would have been much more appropriate. When I reached the office, the same employee who had been outside came in and asked what I needed. I explained that my vehicle needed to be calibrated and that I also wanted the windshield wipers checked because they had started falling off during inclement weather the day after the windshield was installed. Her first response was to ask if I had a warranty. Overall, the customer service felt cold and unwelcoming. While I appreciate the professionalism of the technician who originally came to my home, my experience at the Bridgeport location was disappointing. Better customer service, clearer signage, and more respectful communication would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.
