  Came to Safelite after my windshield was damaged by a rock on the highway and needed replacement. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish, and the whole process only took about an hour and a half. I spoke with the manager, Otto, who took the time to explain everything thoroughly — from replacing the windshield to calibrating the camera system before returning the vehicle. Thank you, Otto, for your professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. God bless!

  The workers were very professional and knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering all of my questions (I had a lot!) before servicing my car. They made me confident that they actually cared to do a good job.

  Replaced windshield is as good as new. Plus realigned the Honda Sensing® windshield camera for Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Collision Mitigation Braking System™ (CMBS™), Road Departure Mitigation System (RDM) and Lane Departure Warning (LDW). Outstanding work. Thank you.

  I have had windshields replaced by Safelite before at other locations and was generally pleased. Not the case today. Windshield adhesive residue left on a-pillar and hood. Dashboard area not properly cleaned completely after mess from windshield removal. Exterior moldings surrounding windshield were sloppily put on with poor explanation and shifting blame. No offer to replace EZPass Velcro strips. Given a different brand of windshield than previously provided for the same car. Will not return to this location in the future. Think PepBoys Service Experience.
