  They put a throttle in my car. They put it in wrong and other additional parts were actually the wrong parts for my make and model. It wouldn't run correctly after that at all, was actually dangerous to drive. I went to a truck garage in Starbrick Pa, they showed me everything wrong, took pics, video and gave me the incorrect parts back and showed me the correct parts. My car nows runs like smooth jello pudding.

  Lovely experience for my first PA State safety inspection. Offered me a time for an appointment that was convenient for me. Called to let me know when it was complete. Very nice gentleman who took care of all the details for me to have an account setup for next year. Good customer service isn’t something to take for granted. Thank you!

  Requested an oil change as well as tire rotation and inspection. Left my vehicle overnight as it was Friday evening and I live 40 minutes away. Retrieved my vehicle next day- gentleman said everything looked great, no issues. I get in my vehicle and start it up to head home. Little ways down the road I begin to smell what seemed like gas, in my cabin no less. So I thought.. oh they probably just spilled some oil on the engine. It will burn off- no harm no foul. This was Saturday. I don’t drive my vehicle again until returning to work on Monday… smelled faintly of gas, but I could also hear a distinct difference in the sound of my engine. At this point I’m thinking… this is crazy, surely I’m just paranoid. My car has 30,000 miles on it. 2 year old Toyota… this thing is solid. I drive to work and home again today and i could no longer take it- the smell and the sound were too much. so i had my ex husband take a look under the hood and bam- Cap was never put back on..and there’s oil EVERYWHERE. I mean everywhere. And my oil is incredibly low. Also explains why my engine sounded crazy. I called customer service once I arrived home, but they won’t re open until 8am tomorrow. At which time I won’t even be connected to the actual store when I do call, but instead connected to some poor gentleman working a call line located god knows where. I am beyond angry. I can only hope that I will not only receive a full refund, but that they will also pay for a full diagnostic check up as this could have turned into a much much bigger issue.

  Great people, fast and friendly service!!! Even after a screw up (100% my fault) they did an amazing job of taking care of me and my vehicle!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

  The man i talked with was grumpy. When i got my car back he totally changed my seat position, had mud on thd floor and arm wrest and changef my radio to Country...like he was ready to move in, wth?
