  Well, I guessed I looked like I didn't belong there. Not one person came up to me to ask if I needed anything. Sad experience really, I'm starting to look at the future but I guess I'm not getting it from here.

  Just purchased a new unit and the staff was amazing. Nick my sales rep helped me find the right fit for my family. Very attentive through the whole process. Melissa got me through all the paperwork process and found the things that worked for me. Danette got me all the accessories I needed to start camping right away. The shop was amazing and so helpful getting me hooked up and ready to travel. Definitely recommend stopping by and talking to all the great people to get what you need for camping

  My husband and I had been casually talking about getting a camper for weekend trips during the spring through fall months. We liked the idea of saving money in the long-run compared to our usual vacations that involve flights, hotels, and all the extra expenses that come with traveling. We also have two larger dogs, so the thought of bringing them along more easily was a big plus. During the 2025–2026 holiday break, we stopped into Camping World in Boyertown just to browse and learn more about what’s available today. What started as a casual visit quickly turned into us putting down a deposit and signing paperwork. We ended up picking up our camper the following week, and overall, the purchasing process itself was smooth and efficient. (Thank you to the sales staff) At the time, there was a promotion where you could spin a wheel to win a prize. We won a gift card, but weren’t able to take it home because they had run out due to the holidays. We were also told it couldn’t be applied to our camper purchase or any retail purchase at the time, because we needed the physical card which seemed odd that they couldn’t just take the dollar amount off of something we were already purchasing… What followed was frustrating—it took several weeks to months and multiple follow-ups on our part asking for it to simply be mailed to us, which never happened. I ultimately had to return to the store in person to finally get the gift card. Given that the location is about an hour from our home, it felt unprofessional and inconsiderate to spend additional time and gas just to receive something that was already owed to us. While the buying experience itself was smooth, the lack of follow-through on the promotion left a bad impression. On a related but separate note (as we were told sales and service operate as different entities), I would not return here for service or parts. We received a walkthrough of the camper, and it went through a basic inspection with a few minor modifications needed to connect it to our truck, along with some camera installations. That part was fine. However, our experience with the service team when inquiring about additional “nice-to-have” items—like skylight vent covers and a removable ladder—was disappointing. These items were on sale online, yet we were quoted full price in-store, with no willingness to match their own advertised pricing. I had to push back just to make the point that I wouldn’t purchase them without a price match—something that should be standard practice, not something a customer has to argue for. Even then, some items were still charged at full price, and when I questioned it and asked for adjustments, I was told they didn’t have to honor the pricing because service operates separately from the Camping World corporation and the online retail store. That was extremely frustrating. My advice: save your money—and possibly your time—by purchasing discounted/on-sale parts yourself and installing them if you’re able or find another shop that can provide better value. The markup on parts and service seems significant here, and I could have saved hundreds by going that route from the start. We still have a few items left to install ourselves, but it’s manageable. Do your research before agreeing to any add-ons or modifications through their service department—they come across as a sales-first, customer-second operation and I’m kicking myself for it now!!!

  I got my camper inspected here and there were a few hiccups, but they made good on it. When I dropped it off, they told me to leave my wheel chucks. When I picked it up I noticed one of them was in pieces which is what I'm assuming happened to the other one. They replaced them with no issue. They also broke one of my wheel bearing caps which they also replaced immediately. Staff was helpful and nice. They offered to replace everything without hesitation. Inspection was quick and the cost was fair. No major complaints. Overall the experience was fine. Just make sure to do a walkthrough when picking up. Which you should probably do anywhere you take it. I recommend if it's not too far.

  Can't say enough good things about Mark, Melissa and everyone that helped us out while purchasing our RV. After doing a little research on a layout that would work for our family, we decided to take the hour drive to Camping World in Boyertown because it seemed like they had the most to offer. Unknown to us, we went down on their open house weekend, and we were able to walk around on our own for a bit to get a good idea of what we wanted. Mark then found us in the lot and was super helpful without being pushy. Showed us a bunch of options based on what we were looking for. Ultimately, we decided on the model that brought us there in the first place, and when we were having doubts that we would be able to get financing Mark kept a positive outlook and didn't give up on us! Never once did we feel pressured into purchasing or felt like he was trying to upsell us on a more expensive camper. Melissa was amazing and helped us secure financing and walked us through everything without us feeling overwhelmed. They are evening storing it for us for a few weeks while we get a site and vehicle squared away. A+ couldn't have asked for a better experience.
