  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience purchasing my camper van, and I want to give special recognition to Mr. Fernandez. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and truly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. What I appreciated most was that he never made me feel pressured. He was honest, respectful, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right camper van for my needs. His customer service went above and beyond my expectations.   I am very dissatisfied with the RV that they sold me without proper maintenance many broken parts, the electric generator does not turn on. I went camping. And it doesn't work well, I bought it. And they were late with the delivery because they had to give it maintenance but they didn't do anything to him I'm very dissatisfied be very careful because they alone are interested in selling and they lie to be able to sell me they sold something that doesn't work very dissatisfied I don't recommend that you buy there.

  This is one of two reviews that I am submitting. Google does not allow submitting two reviews separately. The first part of this review is actually a five star rated review. The efforts and support put forth by our sales person and supporting staff (service, finance and the front desk) were outstanding. All were pleasant to work/talk with and every effort was made to accommodate our requests for information and provide assistance during our inspection and the purchase of the RV we had selected. We thank you all. The second part of review addresses the administrative actions that were part of the purchase. We had chosen an RV to look at more closely. We were told that we needed to provide $1000 to hold the unit to prevent another from buying it. We had no objection to doing that, however, we had difficulty convincing them that we wanted a receipt that stated we will get the funds returned if the sale could not be completed. They finally agreed and we got a receipt. We asked for an Out the Door itemized pricing disclosure and received three. Two with a "Let's Go Camping", an additional cost item (two versions of it). None of them included the deposit that was made. We had a trade that was part of the deal and after some discussion, was offered an amount for our RV (this being done prior to an inspection). At that point we had supplied information to complete what turned out be an "Appraisal Inspection" telephonically (I never signed the document nor did the dealership), and had submitted plenty of pictures. All of that was sent to a group that was to determine what dollar figure to offer for our trade. All of this being done with no physical inspection being done. Additionally, we were directed to get a cashiers check for the down payment (which we did). Fast forward to the day of finalizing the trade and purchase. We drove our RV there and turned it over to the dealership. We were instructed to provide proof of insurance for the purchased RV (easily obtained online), perform a walk through, and then were given the keys. We were then approached by an administrative staff member who directed us to follow him to our trade where he launched into a explanation of "water damage" that he found using a scanning meter (for some reason he had to point out that the meter cost him $3000). His explanation was getting rather lengthy so I was prompted to ask where all of this discussion was leading to. It all came down to lowering the trade in value. My reaction was to ask why they had waited until the day of the trade to inspect our RV (keeping in mind we were one step away from driving off the lot in the purchased RV). He struggled with the idea that we could have brought the RV down much sooner (another day) and address this issue sooner. During the discussions he made it clear that he "knows RVs" (his words) that I presume for him, makes the misguided timing of the inspection a non-issue not worth addressing. End result, he held the purchase up and would let it move forward if we paid an additional $5000. It is worth mentioning that we have a Out The Door document, signed by both us and dealership indicating the dollar amount of the trade in. We were left with making a decision, pay the additional funds or end up walking home. We chose to make the purchase and deal with the additional payment reimbursement later rather than argue with staff who by that point had full control of our trade in. This is just a review and it is not intended to resolve the misconduct of the person that was not understanding how this could have been handled better. It is just a heads up on what can happen at that location. Hopefully, this does not prompt a typical response for us to contact the dealership to discuss the issue. We are beyond that and we will address this matter in another way that will be more productive. We may never see a penny back of the additional payment, but this explanation of what can happen may prompt a change that will prevent the dealership from doing this to other people.
