DO NOT GO HERE! I dropped my camper off for a water heater and awning. They told me it would take about 2 weeks. 2 weeks into this job, they call and tell me they have a water heater in stock that they can use. 2 more weeks go by. I call ask if they've completed any of the tasks. Another week goes by, I call ask if they completed any tasks. They said no. 2 more weeks go by and after calling they still haven't completed any tasks. They estimated 2 weeks and they the camper for 7 weeks and did nothing. Actually I lie. They removed all the caulk and screws from the water heater. Leaving about a 1/2 inch gap between the water heater and the camper. So every time it was raining. I was getting water inside my camper. Seriously screw this place

The entire team was incredible! We made the 6 hour trip by making a deal on the phone and after all said and done the same deal when arrived. Oliver was incredible he was quickly responsive and put no pressure at all on us. He worked a great deal for us. I definitely recommend working with Oliver. Danette in retail was incredible, putting no pressure on us. She suggested some very important protective equipment for the trailer and we took it because she explained the benefits well. Definitely give her the chance to explain. Melissa was great in credit. Sutton and John were also great. The entire team was so nice the entire time, nicely greeting us and playing with our 2 1/2 yr old!

My Wife and I purchased a new Keystone Coleman at the Boyerstown PA location this week. When I arrived I asked for my sales agent at the desk. I was told the salesman no longer worked there anymore. I had spoken to my sales agent the day before about making the 3 hour trip to pick up my new camper.
I was shocked that the sales agent I had been working with on the purchase was gone. The Sales Manager informed me about my sales agent not working there any longer when I walked into the dealership. This is not good business.
I felt I was on my own after that. I waited a good hour to get my paperwork finished. The finance department was very nice and professional.
I was assigned a service tech to handle the walk through on the camper. He was fantastic. The service guys were awesome. I had a hitch problem and they went above and beyond to get it ready for me. Parts manager was awesome as well. She helped me allot.
When you purchase a camper no matter how much, you should feel like you’re part of the dealership.
The sales department manager helped with my GPS to plan my route home.
Unfortunately, this was not a very inviting atmosphere at this location of Campers World Boyertown PA. I felt like a huge burden with sales department. They got their sale and thats all that matters.
I regret going there especially a three hour travel time each way. The Sales Department should treat all customers with a very inviting atmosphere and this was not the case while I was there. A less than positive attitude with sales.
I did not enjoy the fact that nobody in sales took the time to call us to tell us our sales guy was not employed there anymore. I should have been assigned with someone in sales to pick up the slack on day of closing.
A huge kudos to the service techs.

Brought my vehicle in for inspection at this place, picked it up and when I was on the road WITH MY FAMILY, one of my wheels flew off. I’m not sure what tech did the “inspection” but they could’ve seriously injured my family or another passing car. Please either reevaluate that tech's license or have some sort of corrective action. I’ll also mention in past time I had an interaction with one of your techs a bit ago named Dan or Sam, something along those lines who was quite off putting when we had questions about a unit. Heck, could’ve been him who messed up. Camping World as a whole is good, and usually have no problems in the past but putting people’s lives at risk is a step too far.
