  0 stars would be too much for this place. I rented a car from here for a week long trip. I had to drive 5 plus hours to a work site for a week with 5 coworkers and a client. The problems started right away when the van that I reserved was not available. They stuck me with a massive Jeep Grand Wagoneer that was difficult to handle and hard for the group to get in and out of. The car was also in terrible shape with scrapes, a cracked windshield and other damage. The first day we had the rental and got to the work site one of the break pads fell off the vehicle. The car was hard to stop and making terrible noises. I immediately called this office and complained. They said they would look into it and get back to me. They never called back. I called another two times and was told they would have the manager look into it, but that it was my responsibility to go to enterprise locations near the work site and find a replacement. I went to 4 separate locations and none of them would help me. This took hours of time away from my work, and caused a major safety issue. Finally I found a far remote location where they gave me a much smaller vehicle that we had to cram into for the drive back. The team and management at this location is incompetent, lazy, and reckless. They forced me to solve their mess while I was trying to work. Rent elsewhere!

  Picked up a car and within 20 min of driving the “maintenance required” warning showed up on the dashboard. I called and they said that it’s fine and I can still drive the car. They said they could not swap it out for another car that did not require maintenance because the other cars are nicer/more expensive and I would have to pay more if I wanted a different car. Not cool. 👎👎

  Well run with good selection of cars. Wish they would leave the sign light on after dark (hard to see entrance)
