  I have been taking my vehicle here for years for regular maintenance and the occasional repairs that have come up over time. The team is always friendly, honest, and genuinely caring. I highly recommend them.

  These guys saved my trip! This awsome team took my broken down engine and spent the whole day working on it so I could get back on the road the same night. Could not recommend them more!

  Andrew went above and beyond to get our car inspected. I had forgotten our insurance card and he gave me an email to have the insurance company send it to. That prevented us from having to make a return trip on another day to get our car inspected. He’s always very polite and knowledgeable. And if you have a problem with your car and make sure you understand it before you leave.

  Ordered 4 tires, paid for and delivered to store to be installed. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes after my appointment a supervisor told me they put 2 of my tires (that I had already paid for and had shipped to the store) on a different customers car. The supervisor working that day refused to accept any accountability or provide any solution to my problem, and when they put me on the phone with the district manager Patrick Pagano he all but told me to eat it. Mix-ups happen but they way you treat customers matter. Instead of taking accountability and apologizing Patrick was disrespectful, condescending, and insulting. One has to wonder how someone with those attributes became a manager. Therefore I would never recommend Mr Tire to anyone at all ever. As a side note their customer service did offer me a service certificate for my experience but I refused because why would I want a gift card for a place I will never return to?

  If I could give 10 stars I would. Bottom line up front, if you're looking for a place to go that's honest, helpful, and understanding, you can stop searching. We were traveling across the country and thought we started having brake problems. Upon mentioning it to the manager at the hotel we were staying in, he recommended here. Now i see why. We came here in a bit of a panic as we still had 2,700 miles to go. Terry didnt hesitate to help and squeezed us in. Upon inspection they told us the brakes are completely fine and that it was a failing sensor in one of the tires. Not only that, but the young man who worked on it, very graciously worked through his lunch to help get us back on the road as soon as possible! Neither one of them needed to make our emergency theirs, but they did while ensuring we were comfortable. But the staff didnt stop there, it was pretty hot and we had nowhere to put our dogs, so they let them stay in the air conditioned waiting area. Considering one of the dogs was a Shepard and both were senior, we were beyond grateful! We cant say enough positive stuff about this shop and the crew. Amazing people who understand things happen and took it upon themselves to fix the issue and ensure we got back on the road safely. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience in an otherwise crappie situation!
