Got a confirmation number via email, when i arrived the female who attended me seemed either overwhelmed with work or highly annoyed to serve a brown person . Said she couldnt find me in the system dispite me showing her my confirmation email. Waisted time and money to get there, missed my meeting and potentially the opertunity of earning good pay since i wasn't able to make it to where i needed to be. Not sure if the phone system in itself is messed up but regardless as a customer it would have been nice not to have one of your employees attitude, frustration and dismissive behavior

- SMSusie MarshallMay 27, 20262.0We’ve rented cars a lot at Enterprise and other car rental agencies and I have to say the people at Bloomsburg Enterprise were the most incompetent and rude people we’ve ever encountered. They were over 30 minutes picking us up and no one offered an apology in fact they were very rude and unprofessional. We booked a small economy car online and had a reservation for that car, but when we arrived we were told they didn’t have any available. Although there were quite a few on site. It was a bait and switch. So we were given a SUV and charged a higher price. Beware and go somewhere else if you can.
