  I’ve had nothing but great experiences at True Auto Repair! Everyone is super nice & friendly! They take the time to explain any issue with you about your Venice and they work diligently to get your vehicle serviced and back to you and they keep you updated along the way….i recently switched mechanics as i was having issues with other places. I am so happy that I find this place and I will continue to service all my vehicles here. I highly recommend this place to everyone as you will be happy with the service too!   I went to True auto repair today to have my inspection and emission test done and they were very very helpful. Jose and Rich was extremely professional, and they assisted me with everything I needed to have done. I had issues with my battery. They ended up calling AutoZone ahead of time explain the situation I was able to go to AutoZone and get the correct battery and come back and have them complete the inspection process. I was very grateful For their help and I highly recommend them . They explain everything very simple so you could understand and they are very honest and trustworthy. The inspector technician was also very helpful and when I came back, he was able to update the stickers for me. Everything was done, timely, efficiently, and effectively. I would Definitely do business with them again in the future.

  This group took care of my ride, And also gave me a list of things for preventative maintenance.They do care about their customers. Prices are fair and there service is quick and precise. True Auto is the garage that keeps my ride ready for daily life. I would definitely recommend them thanks again guys

  I have had several positive experiences at True Auto and enjoyed all my interactions with the staff. Most recently, they were able to fit me in for a next day appointment and rush order new tires when I found that one of mine was on the verge of failure. Jose helped me through the whole process, kept me in the loop, and even dropped me off at home so I wouldn’t have to wait at the shop. Their rates are not the absolute cheapest you’ll find, but their work is high quality and I would trust them with any job. I’ll definitely be returning for future service.
