  This was my second time there. Good service, change oil and rotated tires, in an hour, while waiting! The app works great to make appointments !

  Fantastic experience all around. Very good at communicating the issues, breaking it down to easily understand what repairs were needed versus recommended, and understanding the impact of getting our car back as soon as possible. Will be utilizing them again!

  Had my front brakes and rotors replaced on my Lexus a year ago with high performance brakes and rotors. they warped within a year and I contacted the shop and agreeded to warranty them. took my car in to have them replaced recently and when I got my car back they worked great but then after washing and inspecting my car I realized they damaged my side skirts on the lift. I called the shop and the guy said they would contact me back and never did. I just had my car at the tire shop the week before replacing and I know for a fact after cleaning my car when I had that done that damage was not there. I would never recommend this shop. Oh and it was probably the guy who did it who answered the phone impersonating the manager saying the owner will call me back.

  Let's start with the owner Dave calling me back to the garage, I was getting more than $2000 worth of work done, there was another problem, it was a huge problem and it wasn't fixable and if anyone tried there would be no guarantee the issue would be resolved and with the safety issue, it wouldn't have passed inspection. He was honest where I believe most would have stayed quiet, did the other job and sent me on my way, I'll always send people here and he'll always be a badass with immense integrity to me. Now the manager Rich, I had a real scary issue and 💲💲💲💲💲signs haunted me for a few days, I called him up and he had me stop by and it ended up being a tightening of my battery cable, apologies not remembering the other mechanic's name, both men tightened up the cable and sent me and my dogs safely away, forever grateful to people with integrity and honor, for me it's a big deal. Everyone that I have met there has been friendly, work has been done with prices reasonable, I highly recommend TRUE AUTO, thank you guys. 😊

  I had an outstanding experience with this shop during my recent state inspection. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. I came in with several concerns and questions, and they took the time to thoroughly explain everything, address each issue, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond. They were patient, transparent, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service rather than just getting me in and out the door. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical expertise with such a strong commitment to customer care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. They’ve earned my trust and will absolutely have my business going forward.
